I tried copying my design into Site. It looks good in this editor view with Gobold from Google Fonts: But there are still Missing Fonts notices: I replaced so many times but it could not show up in preview: Sorry that this is my private work so I cannot share the file, but I hope somebody could guide me to the solution, or explain what happens to the fonts in editor and in preview. I can describe the situation as detailed as you need.Do I need to do any extra steps to get these fonts showed up in my site?

Hello I have to export a lot of assets for a client, can be several thousands. I noticed that when exporting, some assets still have that pixelated rendering that looks like progressive JPG. I’m quite sure this is because when exporting, Figma hasn’t finished loading all the HighRed images. So I tried scrolling through all my images at more than 100% zoom and waited for Figma to load the complete image when it wasn’t. Did that through all my assets, launched export, and it still had that pixelation on some of them. I think by the time I had scrolled through all my images, Figma just decided to go back to low res for some of them, which is not very nice… Do you guys have any idea how I could resolve this? Hi Figma team, The component is 1195 × 560, but when exported as SVG the size becomes 1509 × 871. I’ve already verified that none of the elements inside the component use decimal values. Am I missing a configuration setting?  I’ve already seen a similar forum post and tried the suggested solutions without success:https://forum.figma.com/report-a-problem-6/svgs-are-exported-with-an-incorrect-size-37102?postid=151785#post151785Please help me fix this or let me know what I should do. When adding a new asset frame in Figma Buzz, it comes with a pre-baked drop shadow that can’t be removed since there’s no Effects panel. So when exporting for an instagram post, for example, it adds unnecessary space to the post.My only workaround is copying all my asset frames into a regular Figma design file to remove the drop shadows, and then exporting from that Figma design file.  

Title basically explains it. The “CMD + \” keyboard shortcut to show/hide the UI in both Figma and Figjam isn’t working for me. I reloaded the page and restarted Figma but still not working. I use this shortcut multiples times a day so it’s definitely impacting my workflow.  I’m on a MacBook Pro with M4 Pro, Sequoia 15.3.1

My Figma automatically updated to the latest version, but it now says that it is incompatible with my Mac OS version and cannot run. Is there a location I can find the download link for an older version of the desktop app for Mac? Versions prior to 116.17.9 ran correctly. Thanks!

I accidentally deleted all my drafts and slides while deleting team projects (all of it happened because of ChatGPT that’s said my drafts will not be deleted while deleting team projects and they will always appear in my personal files). Though the worst of all is I can’t restore any of them, they simply don’t appear there, it’s empty, how I get back my projects?

we have a client that wants us to transfer an entire project including all versions / libraries / comment threads over to their account. seems easy to do within an organisation - less so between organisations.exporting the file and re-opening it and saving it on their side is not an option at this point.any help greatly appreciated.

Create a group Add autolayout to that group Voilá! That group is now a Frame.There is no way this is not a bug so I reported it as such.

Hey, my company’s social/ad template is set up with various artboards ready for export. But in the past week, ads that used to export as 300x600 are now 301x600 for example, which our ABM platform doesn’t allow.Is this caused by a figma update/glitch, and is there a solution? Thanks!

Hello everyone, today my Figma updated and now I can’t seem to find the old beloved “Layout/Autolayout” section, someone can help?  

In our company, we use font variables for our three types of branding. We build components using the font variables to make sure everyone uses the correct branding and components. Recently we discovered that - when resizing a component - the font variables are fixed to the branding of ‘Mode 1’. It can’t be switched back on, except when you Detach the Component. Is this expected behavior? Can it be looked at? 

Who else is trying to find where the corner radius is in Figma Slides? The problem is sometimes it’s there, but sometimes not… 😰

Hi!Has anyone encountered this issue: some of our components had text properties so the text could be set directly in the properties panel. Some time later, we decided to delete these text properties. As a result, after publishing the library, in all instances of SOME components (not all, SOME), the text that was linked to the variable gets reset to the default. But this doesn’t happen in every component that had a deleted text variable.Is this a bug or expected behavior? Has anyone run into this? How did you deal with it?We have a large library used by 50+ designers, and what seemed like a tiny update that didn’t break anything during testing ended up resetting values to defaults in some components after publishing. 

Hi is Figjam supported on Android? I've been using Figjam on my iPad but recently switched over to a Samsung S tablet. I can't seem to find a Figjam app.  

Hello, I only use Figma on the web, I can’t use the desktop app due to my computer macOS version. I have installed the Figma Font Installer, and it says that I can use local fonts on the web, but this is not working. Any solutions? Best,

I’ve been a Figma supporter for years, but their new billing system is broken and unfair. I made a simple adjustment ONE DAY after my renewal date to adjust our team’s plan based in the new pricing model, and now we’re being charged for both the old and new seat, with no way to fix it. Here’s what happened:✔️ My renewal hit on March 16 with 5 full seats.✔️ On March 17, I downgraded 3 of those to developer seats since develpers don’t need full editing access.✔️ Figma says my billing locked at renewal, so now I have to pay for both the full and developer seats.✔️ Even if I switch back, I’m still charged the full amount. There’s no way to adjust it without extra fees. Figma support stopped responding after 20+ hours. So… anyone here working at Figma who can escalate this?

Hey, I’m building on a Figma plugin. I’m trying to change the Figma file name if the user types the name & submitted from the plugin. I’m currently using this function. figma.root.name. but it’s still not changing the file name. It still keeps as untitled. Please help me if we even have that capability. 

I have some video files I want to add to my website, but a lot of interaction features have been simplified and none of the videos play. Wondering if it could be a bug of some sort? Already troubleshooted as much as I could, clearing cache and tried placing every video in its separate frame. Possibly would like the videos to play on hover although I don’t think it’s a feature yet. 

Hey there! I'm trying to share a slide template to Community, but I get this error every time I try: "Can't publish empty template. I built an app nav with multiple sub components and am running into an issue when I’m interacting with the sub-component variants. The app nav menu items can either be a singular nav item or a nested nav item with additional sub-nav items contained in it.When I modify the variant to have a nav item be nested and in a selected state (showing the sub-nav items), the container hugs the content and pushes the other main nav items down. If I were to switch the sub nav state back to default or toggle off the nested nav item and try turning the selected state for the sub nav item, the container no longer hugs the content and the sub nav items overlap with the main nav items below. I’m trying to figure out if it’s the way I built this component or a bug. All the of the content in my sub-components are build with Hug content heights. I’ve included a video of the interactions I’m explaining and a screenshots of the subcomponents I’m using.  

As the title already sugguests, my Project REMAINS Starter Plan, even tho i have given Ownership to an account with EDUCATIONAL Plan. How do i fix this?

I have my Figma file set up and created three different flows within the file. I now wanna create links and qr-codes for those three different flows. Would people still be able to access the flows via the qr-code and link, I would make changes on my prototype after I distributed the links? Help would me much appreciated!
