I am writing to request a billing adjustment.I was previously on a Dev Mode seat ($15/mo). After using a few dozen AI credits, I realized the 500-credit limit was insufficient for my needs, so I decided to upgrade to a Full seat.However, after clicking the upgrade, my next invoice shows a total of $40. I expected to pay only the prorated difference to upgrade my existing seat to Full (which should be around $20/mo in total for a monthly plan), but it seems the system has charged me for both seats separately.I would like to: Cancel the redundant Dev seat and keep only one Full seat. Adjust the invoice so I am only charged the difference for the upgrade. Please let me know how I should proceed to fix this and modify the charges.

everyday when i finished export jpgs and have to open the export folder. is there any easy button to open the folder directly in figma

For the past few months I’ve been able to see my images on my file but for the past few days all the previews have disappeared & I’ve tried to update Figma, update my computer, clear my Figma cache and nothing has worked. The images are still within the Figma but I just can’t view them

I have a professional plan in my team but Figma just shows me my personal free plan. This has happened today when I opened Figma, but I am still an admin, according to my colleague on the same plan.

During the opening keynote at Schema 2025 (on October 28), the Figma team announced a new left navbar as part of the updated UI, mentioning it would start rolling out the following week.It’s been a few weeks since then, and I’ve already received an app update, but I still don’t see that new sidebar.Is the rollout still in progress, or is there something I need to do to enable it? With the new update, we have a great new feature, but unfortunately, it’s not usable with our component structure. Exposing all props of a nested instance also exposes props that we don’t want in the context of the consuming component. What if we could also select which properties to expose? This would lead to a cleaner sidebar with only valid props.

I want to cancel subscription to the  lug in called 'AI Layout & Style Generator prompt.to.design by superrun”. They have been charging me since last 3 months. They never provided any receipt. They do not have contact details on their website. There is no link in the plug in to cancel.  When I subscribed 3 months back, I was taken to a stripe link. Since the plug in offered by Figma, Figma must provide me an option to cancel.

For the moment the “ready to dev” in the top left corner show all status of a “ready to dev” task (ready + completed)The number shown become unclear the real number of ready to dev task to do. I may have 1-2 tasks but the number show 24. I don’t think knowing the total number of task relevant. It’s would probably better to allowed to filter that number to user specific need. Tx.

I have a project that I cannot export from figma slide to power point presentation format (PPTX).The error just show unable to export file. tried to export only the frame I needed, got the same issue.

Hi everyone,I am looking for assistance from a moderator or staff member regarding my Student Education Plan verification. I am a student at Tripura University, but I am currently stuck in the process with no way to proceed.The Situation:The Email Issue: My university does not provide institutional (.edu) email addresses. My personal email [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] is the official address used for my university records and portal.  SheerID Status: A support agent (Justin Baul) reset my tokens but explained that SheerID cannot approve personal email addresses due to their policy, even with documentation. Figma Support: I sent an email to the Education Team 4 days ago as recommended, but I haven't received a response or a ticket number yet. Request: I have my Official Student ID and a Bonafide Certificate from my university ready to prove my status. Since yesterday I’ve been unable to open any files in Figma. Any file I try to open gets stuck on loading, like in the screenshot attached.These are the things I’ve tried: Quit Figma, restart Mac Uninstall Figma using brew uninstall figma, clear caches using sudo dscacheutil -flushcache and then sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder, reboot Mac in Safe Mode, reinstall Figma. It opened one file, then after restarting in normal mode no files opened again. Followed the instructions in this page, ran rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/"{Desktop,DesktopProfile} None of these steps have solved the problem.

You can not use a percentage in the line-height as it only accepts variables that are a number type. Although the variables for line-height caters for pixel (absolute) line-heights (10,12,14)- it does not accommodate relative line heights. Hello Figma Team, I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to request that you please do not stop or heavily limit the Figma AI credits after March. The current credit limitation (around 3000–3500 credits per month) is very restrictive for teams like ours that rely heavily on Figma AI for daily design work. If continuing unlimited usage is not possible by default, we would really appreciate an option to purchase a monthly AI credit plan even for just one month at a time. We are fully willing to pay for an upgraded or add-on plan that provides unlimited or significantly higher AI usage, rather than being capped at a fixed credit limit. Figma AI has become an essential part of our workflow, and strict credit limitations significantly impact productivity. Offering a paid, flexible credit or unlimited plan would be extremely helpful for professional teams. Thank you for considering this request. In one of my teams, I accidentally activated the Education plan for the entire team. As a result, members who were on the Free plan can no longer edit files.I would like to downgrade only this specific team to the Free plan, without having to create a new team, since we have many drafts, projects, and people already working in this workspace.

Setting durations, easing curves, delays, especially for Smart Animate animations are essential tools when making presentations in Figma in order to make fluid ‘Keynote-like’ transitions. Unfortunately these are completely absent in Figma Slides at the moment, making it pretty much useless to our team. BodyI’m experiencing a recurring issue where only certain Figma projects fail to load, while others work normally on the same account, browser, and network.Symptoms When opening specific projects, the editor shows a full-page error message: “Something went wrong. Our team is investigating.” Reloading the page does not resolve the issue. An Error ID is displayed each time. Other projects open and function normally without any problems. I have been trying to re-verify my education status with my college credential. I had first contacted SheerId, they kept talking about school issued email id which is irrelevant to my case and asked me to contact official Figma support to verify my “Higher Ed” profile. So did I.
