The current Tables feature in Figma feels quite limited. It would be fantastic if some basic functionalities could be introduced soon, such as: • The ability to easily resize cells without needing to adjust font size • The option to merge cells • Top, middle, and bottom text alignment options These enhancements would bring Figma’s table functionality more in line with what we already have in tools like Keynote and Google Slides.

Hello Figma Team / Community,I’m facing an issue accessing my Figma account.I originally signed up using my previous company’s Google account (which is now suspended because the company has shut down). As a result, I no longer have access to that email address and can’t receive password reset or verification links.Now I’m stuck because: Figma only allows email changes through confirmation on the old (suspended) address. Support replies are also being sent to that same old email, so I can’t see any responses. I still have full proof of ownership of the account (workspace name and other info).Could someone from the Figma team please contact me privately so I can verify my identity and update my account to a new email?(For privacy reasons, I’m not sharing my old or new email publicly, but I can provide both directly to the support team.)Thank you for your help! 🙏

Figma has stopped remembering the file sorting preference: It now always defaults to ‘Last Modified’ at the beginning of session, no matter what your choice was. Can we have it back?This is now default at the beginning of every sessionI am these days having to open this dropdown ‘Sort By’ → Alphabetical 30 times a day. Last modified does not work for us since it shows us whole new set of files every time because how many people work and edit files daily; Alphabetical works better for us since we use numerical naming and then every file is correctly displayed in the intended order of product importance (home, registration, features, etc)

As a user that uses Grid for designing tables (header, rows). I would like the option to add new rows or columns and change the order of the rows/columns. when adding a new column/row to an existing populated table does not mean I want the row/column to be at the end of the grid. The current design options (drag and drop) make it very hard and frustrating to introduce edits to existing populated table designs.Design idea: add drag icon to enable rows/column drag (change order) in addition to the number order of the rows/columns

I’m using Figma Make for a website that has both English and Japanese text as translation toggle.But the Japanese version keeps showing this text “ web3.intro.p3 web3.intro.p3.bold web3.intro.p3.rest” randomly. Why’s that?

Currently in text styles, we can assign variables to nearly all values except for list spacing, is there a reason for this?

Would be awesome to have full gradient control of the progressive blur map. Right now its essentially a linear gradient with only two knots. I would suggest treating this feature similar to the gradient picker. this would allow for 3 key features:the ability to change it to radial would be fantastic.  the ability to add knots to the gradient would really open up a lot of possibilities being able to quickly reverse the order of the knots would also be a nice timesaverI also saw someone else suggested adding a custom image map option. That could also be pretty sweet, I would imagine it could be a third blur type: Uniform, Progressive, Image.

Hi Figma team,As a UI/UX designer using Figma Sites CMS, I would love to see some enhancements to support richer content workflows. Specifically:Embed video links directly: It would be great to insert a video URL (e.g., from YouTube or Vimeo) as a field in the CMS and bind that video to a module on a page. This would allow teams to manage video content from the CMS without touching the design and would enable more engaging pages. Bind CMS text fields to embed modules: Currently embed modules don’t appear to support binding to CMS text fields. Allowing modules to use CMS text fields as their source would let us reuse structured content (such as code snippets or other text fragments) across multiple pages and keep everything in sync.These capabilities would make Figma Sites CMS more flexible for content-heavy websites and simplify collaboration between designers and content editors. Please consider adding these features in a future update.Thanks!

Hi,  I created a menu like component, i created variants and link this , it is for a landing page, like top bar. This works when you don't link another animation like scroll .I want this menu to change when I push the name section of the page and scroll to the section page,  for example  when clicking in “Nosotros” scroll to nosotros section and is put in bold “Nosotros” at menu.thanks in advance, sorry I am not native English speaker, but try my best. 

I'm participating in a Connected Project as a guest and encountering an issue with Figma MCP.Around September, I was able to use Figma MCP without any problems, but recently it has started returning the following error: Error: This resource couldn't be accessed. IMPORTANT: Before continuing, you must tell the user to make sure their paid Figma seat includes Dev Mode access, they have the right permissions for this file, and the provided link is valid.I have a Full Seat on my own team and can edit files in the guest project, so I don't believe there are any permission issues. (I can access files from my own team via the MCP server.)The host is on an Org Plan, and I'm a guest on a Pro Plan.I'm using the desktop MCP server.Does anyone have any information about this? New here so this might be a silly question. I’m trying to make a multi page app using figma make. After creating the first page, I can’t seem to find a way to move on to another page. Is this possible or do I have to create each one separately. Any ideas on ways of doing this?

Hi everyone,I’m building a simple 3-page website using Figma Make. The pages are: Home, About, and Blog.The issue I'm facing is: Accessing the root domain (www.*********.com) works fine. However, when I try to go directly to a subpage like www.*********.com/blog or www.site.com/about, I get a 404 error. Strangely, if I navigate using buttons from the homepage, the subpages load without any problem. So the pages do exist and work internally. It seems like this might be a routing or rewrite issue, maybe related to how static sites are handled.I’ve tried different prompt variations and structures but couldn’t solve the issue. What I want is simple:When a user types www.**********.com/blog directly into the browser, the blog page should open without a 404 error.Has anyone experienced this with Figma Make or knows how to solve it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

​Figma Team please help me with this issue as I am not able to export Figma Design library to Figma Make as I am not able to get popup below publish popup to export to figma make. I have twice emailed the support team also, but no clear response has been provided to me yet for this bug that is happening. I am on pro education plan. Hi everyone,I’m building a multi-page site in Figma Make and keep running into the same frustrating bug:I create a separate page for /terms, /privacy, or any custom route (e.g. /contact, /about) Everything works fine at first At some point Make flags the page with the red “1 error” banner When I click “Fix for me”, it instantly removes the custom route and turns the page back into a generic duplicate of the home page (losing the unique URL completely)I have tried everything and I 100% need these unique pages . The page content stays intact, but the unique slug is wiped out, which obviously breaks legal pages and navigation.Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to prevent “Fix for me” from deleting custom routes, or a safe workaround to keep /terms, /privacy, etc. intact?Thanks in advance!

Just moved my simple UX design portfolio website from a CMS over to Figma Sites. It’s a bit of a learning curve, but pretty impressed with the functionality so far! I’m used to designing and developing my own websites and themes from scratch using a CMS, so my expectations are pretty high.Some stray observations:First off, this is labeled a beta and it definitely is. I wouldn’t use this for anything beyond simple personal sites or prototypes as of yet. Getting custom fonts to work took some trial and error. Google Fonts / Adobe Fonts aren’t yet supported, so you have to upload your own WOFF files.  Responsive design works really well, but auto layout + fill must be used properly. You can set up components and text styles like normal and then assign them to specific breakpoints, but managing each one can be finicky. CMS functionality works well, but is pretty limited right now. For example, no way to display a random set of posts or set custom cropping for images. Password protection is

When I try to publish my site with supabase connected it wont let me until I unpair it and this leads to accounts not being created and a whole mess.

Figma Make .md Files, ReadM, Summary, Guidance docs are too much.  Is this really necessary.   This really should be an option.   is slowing development.  Can we limit this, or optional settings.

Mate I cannot even get onto the app I am just stuck at the home page loading. I opened the app on my friends laptop logged in and everything.  I tried resetting my cache which i saw the internet, to then realise there is no cache option on mac. Great.Updated the version of figmaReset my laptopUpdated my laptop and still i am stuck at this page guys please get your devs to do something for this ridiculously slow app. Don’t let this be the reason I switch. This is such incompetence fix your fucking app

Is there a way to turn off the AI chrome when sharing the prototype in "Make"? When sharing in the prototype view, I was expecting it to just share the screens but when I shared the link, it showed the make file with the AI chrome. Is this a big? Or will this be an enhancement?

 Can you guys fix this? These lines are so distracting when I’m trying to work. This is in the web app. The dark line in light mode has been there for over a year I think. The bright line in dark mode just showed up today I think.
