I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I created the shapes, and made 5 copies and rotated accordingly, then I made a component set and put in some protype settings according to a loader I saw that worked and mine doesn’t. Any help would be wonderful.
This is an enormous issue as issues are creeping into client-facing designs. Figma has always been reliable as an atomic design tool, but overrides are resetting when I copy and page components within the same page or to new pages and I can’t catch all of them. This never used to happen, and it’s fundamental that it works. Our workflow has been developed utilising Figma’s capability as a design tool. That capability now seem unreliable, and it’s throwing my design team through a loop and clients are noticing. It’s been prevalent for about 4 months and goes unfixed while gimmicks like custom cursors get added and removed each week. This is something we have noticed across out whole team, whether on mac or Windows.
I have an icon library that I am organizing, and I thought the new grid Auto-layout feature would help organize the icon sizes. Set the grid on the Component Set to use a 2x7 (2 columns, 7 rows) layout. Then, I select all of the variants and drag the top-left selected variant into the top-left cell on the grid. All of the variants nest themselves in the grid cells magically as expected. But what is unexpected is that the property names are blown away and reset to Figma’s default naming convention while the property values stay intact.
I’ve accepted the team invitation a few months ago but something was wrong as i have to request access to every file i wanna see. I asked my boss who said i should have full access and showed me the admin panel where i was listed as having a seat on the team. I have double checked the email, its my company email so i should have access for sure. When i look at my home dashboard theres nothing that tells me I’m part of my team, it says my account is free version. Even though i accepted the seat months ago. Any help? Note: I’ve verified my email Added 2 factor auth Tried on both web and desktop app Can still get access if someone shares a file/project with me directly
Hello fellow Figma friends, For the life of me, I can’t understand why I can’t see the MCP setting under Preferences. I can’t see it in Dev Mode or Design mode. Thanks in advance :)
As per the description. After logging into your account and clicking on the question mark on the bottom right (both desktop and web app), the menu pops up with options. Click on “Contact Support” closes the menu, but takes no further action. Running version 125.5.6 on Mac OS Sequoia 15.5. Using Brave Brave 1.79.118 (Official Build) (arm64) / Chromium: 137.0.7151.61 Trying to report a more significant security issue I’ve come across, but alas can’t even contact support directly about it.
I subscribed to the Professional Collab seat. My email, my name, my Figma account, my team, my project, yet everytime I want to create a design file it has “request” beside it and I can’t edit design files. It says “I can only view and comment on this file - ask to edit”. Why do I need to ask permission to myself?! And eveytime I send a request to myself the notification says “requested.seat.full seat.my team - adds 1 seat at $16/month”! How can I fix this?
Skipped slides in Figma Slides are still visible on the iOS app, is that the intended behaviour?

Since the last Figjam update on the Ipad app, I cant see which color is selected on the pen/highlighter/etc.
I use a drawing tablet to document and sketch app prototypes for work. Until recently, I preferred using FigJam over Figma Design for this, specifically because FigJam didn’t apply the aggressive — and often laggy — line-smoothing algorithm that Figma Design uses with the pencil tool. Unfortunately, the June 26th update seems to have changed that. Now, FigJam is attempting to auto-correct my strokes, but it's doing so poorly — skipping parts of the line and miscalculating stroke width. Here's an example:
We’re experiencing an issue with the #get_image tool in MCP. While it appears to retrieve the image successfully, the image does not render correctly in the actual implementation. This issue did not occur in the early stages of using MCP. Has there been any known issue or update related to this?
