Im a student and for my college activities i need figma education plan, i used figma in the previous two semesters but now i cant verify my account no matter how much i tried, i either get error or verification limit exceeded and all im trying to do is send my student info in order to get education plan pass. Can somebody tell me where exactly should i send my student info in order to get this plan and how long will it take for me to get my education plan? 

I had a Figma account registered with this some email address. Unfortunately, I have lost access to that email account.After the recent Figma update, when I try to log in, it asks me not only for my username and password but also for an access code that is sent to my email. Since I no longer have access to that email, I can’t enter the code and therefore can’t log in to my Figma account.As a result, I’ve lost access to all my files and projects, which are extremely important for my work. I’m really worried because I need them urgently to continue working.Could someone please tell me how to recover access to my account or transfer my files to a new email address?Thank you so much for your help — this is very important to me.

We are in the process of changing our domain name, and we are currently using "Login with Google" for authentication. Could you please provide the steps to update this integration with the new domain? I have been unable to reach support through other channels. Appreciate any assistance.

I am not able to rotate gradients when I add the swatches from the Variables, however if they are not linked to the variables there’s no issue.

This is a very strange one and I’ve never encountered a problem like this before having used videos a lot in Figma. I have an Artboard (Frame) which has a video on it. The video plays automatically and when it reaches the end it loops and begins from the start again… The problem is, after the video loops seamlessly one. The 3rd time it plays/loops, it seems to start from approx 2 seconds from the end of the clip - then loops. So it almost ‘jumps back’ at the end. So the follow would be:Video plays through once Then it loops once as it should The next time it plays, it starts 1-2 seconds from the end of the video before going into the loop. It’s so strange the video essentially plays perfect twice and then the 3rd time decides not to loop correctly. I’ve dragged the video onto the Artboard/Frame and this occurs. Anyone ever used figma make? especially until finish it and try to deploy?I’m tried to download generated code from figma make and deployed it to github and vercel. It is doesnt work, seems because the structure is not common. now I still host the website in figma but connect it to a new domain. my question is, does figma make code able to deployed and continue the development as functional website? or it is just mare prototype? does figma has plan to make it website builder like lovable or V0?I also trying to implement Google Analytics, but despite Figma Make's reported implementation using the provided script, GA testing consistently failsany help will really appreciated, thanks!

Hi,I have configured the Figma MCP setup in my VSCode and tried to get the annotations data for a figma screen. The screen has many annotated components and I did code connect for the components as well. No matter which ever prompt I try, I’m not getting the annotated values. The prompts run get_metadata and get_code of the MCP server but still I get no desired resultsSee the below figma screen  ScreenWhat should be the correct prompt or way I can extract all the annotations for the figma screen url and store it in a file?  

 I’m hoping someone can clarify this for me. I used to copy objects from Adobe Illustrator with Cmd +C and paste them into Figma with Cmd +V, and they would arrive as editable vectors. I’m absolutely certain this worked before. Lately, though, every paste comes in as a flattened image instead of vectors. Nothing in my workflow has changed, so I’m starting to wonder if I’m losing my mind! Has Figma (or Illustrator) changed something recently? Is there a setting or workaround I’m missing? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

For example, if I ask for something reasonably complex like:"Generate a homepage for an e-commerce site. I’m having an issue in my Figma Design file with colour library for past few days. Inside the colour library dropdown, the colours I have added from my Design System are not showing any thumbnail. I can see all the colour variable created in the Design System but none of the groups are showing colour thumbnails. Once I switch from grid view to list view in the colour library dropdown, I can see the complete list of all the colours and they are working correctly. But I’m still not seeing the colours thumnail associated to the variables. I’m attaching screenshots to give a better context of what the issue is. Now, I’m diving into Figma Sites, and it feels like a perfect fit — no more handing off designs to a developer for Webflow! But I’m a bit confused about the Professional plan tiers ($3–$16/mo). The help article Manage a custom domain for your site states: "Available on all paid plans" and "Professional plans can connect up to 10 custom domains." However, the pricing page suggests Figma Sites is only included with the Full seat ($16/mo), not Collab ($3/mo) or Dev ($12/mo).I reached out to support a week ago about this but haven’t heard back yet. Am I the only one who is totally confused as how the “Import from Figma” dialog window in Figma Make works? It shows only some files but not others, don’t know why. The text search is completely random IMO and you’re not able to select a specific page or a frame in the file - it just selects some random frame from a file.Why cannot I just browse all my projects and select a particular file and frame?From what I understood, selecting the design through this dialog is somehow superior to just copying and pasting a particular frame into the prompt. Figma Make is then able to extract more detailed information. Copying & pasting is just like a screenshot, I guess?

I’m trying to create a template for an app. I’ve spent a lot of time creating a clickable prototype with a bunch of different pages and I want to import it into Figma make and have all those page connections work in there. I tried doing this a few different ways and none of them work. There is also nothing I cna find on the web about this which is why I’m asking here.

While trying to use Figma Make, and importing our components, Figma Make doesn't seem to use the actual component but rather imagines a similar one and thus losing all of the properties associated with the component. Is there a way to force Figma Make to use the actual components with their properties? Even if I specify that I want it to use the component, it doesn't.

Hi everyone, here’s my situation:I have two Figma accounts, one on the Organization plan and one on the Professional plan, using different emails. I want to transfer (or copy) projects from the Organization account to the Professional account, including the Design System, and keep component links intact.However, when I use “Transfer” option under Settings from the Organization account, the Professional account doesn't receive any in-app notification. When I click “Review Request” from the email, it says “The transfer request you received has been cancelled by the team or organization that sent it. It's no longer available.” Even though no one canceled itAny idea why this happens or the best way to transfer projects to different account that keep all the components intact?

I am creating one application in React and using CSS3. We have designs prepared in Figma. To accelerate the process of creating application, I am exploring some AI tools which can convert my Figma design directly into React component/page. I have multiple components created to make it easy to resize my social media frames. I just swap the components and they resize as expected. Now I have hundreds of instances (all in one size) and I want to generate multiple instances for each in various sizes by swapping the components. Has anyone found a batch script that can swap components? I was looking at Automator to see if I could build something, but not having much luck figuring that out.
