Hello,

 

I recently deleted my Figma account, but I noticed that there was an attempt to charge my card for a subscription.

 

I would like to confirm that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that no further charges will be attempted.

 

 

Please confirm that there are no active subscriptions or outstanding invoices connected to my account.

If you recently deleted or downgraded your account, any seats added before the downgrade can be prorated and appear on your final invoice. You’ll also retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. This guide may help clarify what you’re seeing: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
