I ran into an issue recently where an outgoing internet call wouldn’t connect, and the app just showed a generic error message. No clear explanation, no guidance — just a code.It made me think about how we design these moments. When a call fails (a VoIP error code), the cause could be anything from a weak connection to a backend issue, but users don’t really care about the technical side — they just want to know what to do next.How do you approach designing these kinds of error states? I was working on this amazon case study to which i was suggesting improvements. That file was auto deleted and is nowhere to be found. I have invested a lot of time in it and its not something that can be come up in a day again. Its my humble request to restore it back.

Hey, I am starting out Figma. I am unable to understand few things. 1- I had figma on student account but i switched it to professional and bought professional dev mode also. 2- I am unable to remove the lock. And i do not understand why the lock is there.  3- I do not have any team members. 4- When i have bought the professional Dev mode why am I still not able to work on anything or make a new project?

What happens if I start the organization plan with lets say 20 seats paid annually. After a month, i add 5 more seats (but these should be temporary for 2 months) and before the true-ups' due day i remove the aditional 5 seats. Would i be paying extra for 5 seats x 11 month or 5 seats x 2 months, on top of the original bill ofc.Can you help me with this?

How long it takes Figma site to be indexed

I am not able to login to my Figma account as the mail id linked with my account no longer exists and I also forgot my password. I can’t reset my password since the mail id no longer exists.How can I get access to my Figma account and chage the mail id to personal mail from the college mail id so that in future there happens no issue like this.
