I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago for downgrading my plan before the renewal on 27/02/2026 and I’m not able to speak with anyone for help. And seems like I can only do it with the help of an assistant. Could you please reply to my tickets asap? Otherwise I will need to cancel definitively all my plan.
