Hi there. I am currently having an issue with verifying my student account. When I tried to re verify my student account, it gave me an error which said that my verification limit exceeded. It said that this is because I either have already redeemed or attempted to redeem the offer. When I go to my profile it says that I am on the free plan and not on a student account. I was on the student account last year as I am currently a university student and will be studying until 2028. Please help me solve this problem. I have attached an image of the error.

That specific “Verification Limit Exceeded” message comes directly from SheerID’s system. Since the verification process for higher education students is fully managed by our partner, SheerID, the best next step would be to reach out to their support team directly. You can contact them here: https://support.sheerid.com/en-US/help-center?. SheerID is typically the only team that can reset or clear that verification lock. Unfortunately, we’re not able to manually override eligibility or review documents on Figma’s side.
