Hey there, Celine from Figma here! Thanks for explaining your setup.
In some cases like this, there may be a temporary solution you can try first. If your original Figma account was created using Google Sign-In only, you can try setting a password on that account so you’re able to sign in without Google SSO.
Here’s how to try that:
- Visit https://www.figma.com/login in an incognito/private window
- Click Sign In > Forgot password
- Enter your Google email address to send yourself a password-reset email
- Follow the link in the email you receive next to set a password for your account
- Log into Figma using the new password created
- (Change your email address by visiting your Account Settings from the menu if needed). If this works, it should let you regain access to the account and update the password and your email successfully.
Still, if you don’t receive the password reset email, or the flow doesn’t work in your case, then the next step will be for our Support team to assist you further. In that situation, please reach out via our secure Support form so the team can safely review your account details and help you recover access.
To do that: Go to the Support Hub / Click Start a chat / Type “Report a bug”. Hope this helps!
