when a user sign up into the platform, it throws this error: ❌ Sign up error: Error: Failed to create account. Please try again.

I can see on our end that our Technical Quality team has been investigating this with you directly and was able to fix your issue by duplicating the file!   If you’re still running into the issue, please continue the conversation there, they’re best equipped to take a closer look at this specific error.

Hi, I have not heard back from the support team yet. Can you please give me an update on this issue. 

Were you able to figure out the root cause of the issue? It is critical for our business. Our launch is delayed from the original planned date. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. Thank you, team, for your help and support.
