Previously, I had an active Education plan under an old email. Since I no longer have access to that previous address, I updated my Figma account to my current email.
Following the update, my Education status was downgraded, and I was asked to complete the verification process again. However, when I try to re-verify my student status, I receive a message stating that the benefit has already been claimed/verified.
I contacted SheerID for clarification, and they confirmed that my verification is active and tied to the new email address I used for my login. Despite SheerID confirming that everything is correct on their end, my Figma account still doesn't reflect the Education plan benefits.
Could someone please help me understand why the plan is still blocked and how I can restore my access?
