Olá, equipe do Figma!Estou usando o Figma Make no plano gratuito e, ao abrir o arquivo hoje (30 de novembro de 2025), ele já me mostra a mensagem:Você está sem créditos de IA gratuitos que serão renovados em 1 de dezembro de 2025.Porém:Acabei de abrir o Figma agora pela primeira vez no dia. Não gerei nenhum código com a I.A hoje.Isso parece ser um erro de contagem ou cache do sistema, pois o limite está sendo exibido como esgotado sem eu ter usado de fato.Podem por favor verificar e resetar/restaurar meus créditos diários ou corrigir o contador? Preciso muito usar o Figma Make hoje para finalizar um projeto.Obrigado desde já!

I’ve been working on a relatively uncomplicated web project in Figma Make for 10 weeks now. For the first two months, my monthly full-dev seat supplied all the AI credits I needed for the heavy lifting of scoping and building the site out (across more than a couple design iterations).Coinciding with a 8-10 man-hour nightmare where Figma and Supabase would not connect, and the Figma AI could not figure out any solution until I fed it enough “What if’s...” that I got to the right workaround), in the last 3-4 weeks Figma Make has been burning through AI credits like a drunken sailor. For the first two months, my Figma full-dev seat spend was $20/month...and that included four or five demo projects I did to kick the tires and see what Make could do.This month? My projected Figma invoice is going to be $286.00.

This is an enormous issue as issues are creeping into client-facing designs. Figma has always been reliable as an atomic design tool, but overrides are resetting when I copy and page components within the same page or to new pages and I can’t catch all of them. This never used to happen, and it’s fundamental that it works. Our workflow has been developed utilising Figma’s capability as a design tool. That capability now seem unreliable, and it’s throwing my design team through a loop and clients are noticing. It’s been prevalent for about 4 months and goes unfixed while gimmicks like custom cursors get added and removed each week. This is something we have noticed across out whole team, whether on mac or Windows.

Figma is constantly changing the content layout, components size, texts, and missing icons.In order to fix it I have to give attention to the element (click on it) or even to fix the components size and text again and again. It can happen multiple times per day on the same file.It’s becoming super frustraiting! Especialy when I send the design for review/approval and the elements are off. Thus, I receive comments that something is missing or off.

Seems that with Figma’s MCP integration with Claude (via VSCode Chat) It is struggling to replace contents dynamically. is this a known limitation given the newness of slots? Actually, I'm realizing the real constraint in Figma's component model depends on whether the component uses defined component properties or slot-based children. For slot components, I need to navigate the instance tree correctly to modify the slot frame's children, but the approach differs based on how the component is structured.Looking at how the DetailsPage component is set up, it has named frames like "Heading", "Content", and "Aside" that act as slots, each with default content that gets replaced when properties are passed in. This means within an instance, I should be able to modify what's inside those slot frames by targeting them correctly.The key insight is that I don't need to detach the instance to customize it. Hi EveryoneI’ve been experiencing this issue for the last 3 days… I have a figjam board where I gather all relevant links to Figma files for a project I’m working on.. It was going fine, until it stopped pasting Figma link and create the Figma file widget.It loads for a few seconds, then nothing happens.  Link to Figma File widget exampleI though it was an issue due to the large size of my FigJam board, or the size of the Figma file I was linking. But no, it doesent work even with brand new boards and empty Figma files. Also refreshed the cache…. No luck at all

Hey guys, So I just started playing with Figma sites, and I’ve pulled in components from a component library I built in Figma design. The components are built with nested icon components that are setup flattened and named consistently so that I can create interactive prototypes. In Figma the buttons with nested icon buttons render properly maintaining the variable token colour assigned to them.But when I bring these components across to Figma sites. The buttons work as expected, but the nested icons appear to ignore the colour style variable overrides applied to them.In the editor I can change the variant states of the buttons and the icons appear and render as expected with the proper color rendering.But as soon as I preview or publish the site. These same components no longer render the same.Looking into the code it appears that the fill is being applied properly to the divs, but for some reason, the svg layer is ignoring this style override a

It seems overly difficult to export transparent png’s. Despite advice on making sure frame and background fills are hidden or removed entirely, I’m still getting grey backgrounds. Sometimes grouping elements together and exporting only those groups work - but my naming conventions get out of whack. Please make it easier to control transparencies on frames or export settings.  

An example :- i have a component set with 3 variants ( named v1 , v2 , v3 ) , here i connected the v1 to v2 and v2 to v3 keeping the v3 empty … whats happening is .. the v3 is somehow connects to v1 creating a  loop ! is this a Bug or something ? as i started to animate stuffs i found it out . or there has been an update about component loop ? . need help!!

We need some colleagues to work on the projects. Which seats should we purchase? Is it possible that the only option is the full seat at €800?Also, we need to return (transfer back) a project to its rightful owner, who has a free account. When the project was originally transferred to us, we thought they would still be able to edit it, but it turns out a full seat is required. Therefore, we would like to transfer it back.Luca

Hi Figma team,We previously contacted support to request reducing our annual seats from 12 to 4 before renewal, and also reported an unintended developer monthly seat charge.However, we have not received any response yet.Today, we received a new invoice that still includes:12 annual seats 1 developer monthly seatThis is incorrect, as we only require 4 annual seats.We have already replied to the billing support email thread with our account and organization details, but we would appreciate if someone from the billing/support team could help escalate and review this issue as soon as possible.Ticket already submitted via support email.Thank you. 

When importing images directly into Figma Make, for some reason some of the images were directly linked in the form of src=”/src/imports/imagename.png” instead of using an import at the top of the page and then linking to the imported asset, eg: import importedImage from “@/imports/imagename.png”…<imgsrc={importedImagge}alt="This is the image"className="h-full object-contain"/>This only occurred for newly-added images. Images directly linked via the img tag’s src attribute are not processed during the build and do not end up correctly linked in the final distribution (dist) output. Fix was to manually edit the code where any images were referenced in the img src attribute and import them same as other assets.

I was billed for something I didn’t accept and I’ve tried contacting support, however my tickets (except one that I made 5 days ago now) has been marked as solved by one of your employees.I re-opened the ticket which the figma-support chatbot told me to do, and it was AGAIN marked as solved without any reply by the same employee.Is it being marked as solved due to me having another ticket open? If that’s the case, please clarify that before marking it as solved. Also, from googling around it seems like support usually replies within 1-2 days and they still haven’t gotten back to me. How long does it usually take for a figma rep to actually look through your ticket and drafting a solution/response? This matter is quite urgent for me as it decides if I should keep using figma or change to a competitor.

As shown in the screenshot, I have already cancelled my Figma subscription, yet invoices for extra seats are still generated.I have fully paid the full invoice for my Figma plan before. Due to repeatedly switching subscription plans back and forth multiple times, a lot of unnecessary seats that I never used and do not need were added to my account. I think this billing rule is unreasonable. Could you please charge fees based on actual usage instead of requiring seat purchases?My request is to completely cancel my subscription and waive the invoice for next month. 

We’ve run into a decently major issue when it comes to the new Slots in Figma.  We’ve seen this happening quite a few times before but had trouble reproducing it.  On occasion, designs we’ve made that include slots break. Sometimes this happens when we click the designs, but often times it happens out of nowhere, without our knowledge. This is a big issue, as these designs need to stay consistent for our development team. I have two examples attached where we’ve been able to reproduce it, seemingly by reloading the page.  What happens:We create a design including a component using slots The slot itself has auto-layout set up. In one example that’s simply horizontal, the other has a wrap. This works fine, until suddenly it breaks (We don’t know what causes it) the widths of some elements inside the slot changes causing the original design to break. When

There are multiple components that are not rendering properly in the Assets tab, both in the design system file where the components are hold and in files using this design system. Once copied in the design file, the problematic components are rendered as expected. (see video attached).  The render issue seems a bit random as it’s not always the same components that are rendering incorrectly. Refreshing the file sometime changes the preview of some components, now being correctly or incorrectly rendered. On the design system file, clicking on the component to open the preview popup updates the preview, showing it correctly, but this does not work on a file using this design system. However, in a file using this design system, clicking on a component to open the preview popup, then changing 1 property does render the preview correctly in this popup. All of that is temporarily though, preview issues persisting. All components shown in the v
