So the issue is that after the last figma software update that i did i have been noticing that my copy and paste hasn't really been functional and at the same time it is frustrating, i have to press ctrl + c several times before it copies and also press several times to paste as well, and also the copy feature would not even work for components, auto layout assets, and grouped item as well and this is crazily frustrating please, i have to manually move and duplicate assets by holding down alt key and dragging the component to duplicate now and having to get the position on the other frame becomes a thing, please get this fixed as soon as possible and note that this actually started with the last update i did, I have never experienced it prior to the update

When I try to switch between frames after mirroring has started, nothing happens on my phone's screen. But if I return to the "Mirroring" section in the app and switch between screens, I see the names of the selected frames change. Then, if I click "Begin mirroring" again, I see the last selected frame on my phone's screen... I've tried reinstalling the app, force-quitting Figma on my desktop and restarting it (and all sorts of other "tricks"), but nothing helps. Can anyone help me with this issue?

from browser it is saved straight as zip(why? it’s only 1) and from desktop app, it shows where to locate the save but no rename, and exporting with creating folder into folder that i already choose? what is this. Bring back the old saving as mechanism.  

We are trying to use our internal React packages in Figma Make, but its not working due to Figma Make using React 18, and our packages require React 19. The AI has tried to upgrade but its saying that React 18 is bundled with the preview iframe and cannot be upgraded. How can I get around this?

Figma Mirror on the iOS app no longer updates in real time when I tap on a frame in the browser or desktop app.I can load a different artboard if I switch to a different file, but within the same file, Figma Mirror gets stuck on the first artboard I select. Before starting Mirror, I can see the artboard name update on the iOS app when I switch between artboards. However, once I start Mirror, it stops updating.

I received this bill and frantically tried to cancel it, but I couldn't find the cancellation option as described in the instructions. I’m not even hoping to get the $15 back—in Vietnam, that’s a full day's wages for me. It’s painful to lose $15 just because I forgot to cancel after a trial run.If a refund isn't possible, please at least show me exactly how to cancel the subscription so this doesn't happen again.When I visit the Help Center, I only get responses from an AI agent that claims it doesn't know or can't find anything. I’m experiencing an issue with Code Layers in Figma Sites.A Code Layer fails to render on the canvas and shows the error message:“Code Layer is not working.”However, the exact same Code Layer renders correctly in Full Preview.I first noticed this with a custom React Code Layer, so I simplified the code step by step to rule out implementation issues. My team is having an issue where, in large design files, the Check Designs feature does not work. Whenever we try to use it, the right column stays empty and we can’t apply any changes with it. Now I’m aware that there’s a 25k layer limit for how much you can select, but the items we’re selecting don’t have anywhere near that amount of layers. Our design system as a whole might, but definitely not the items/frames we’re trying to apply changes to. It seemed to work when we first got the feature, but it hasn’t worked in months.Is there something we can do to fix this? Is there something specific that causes this bug? It’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to use this feature. Right column is empty and they also seem to have a loading bar whenever i hover over them. 

Path trim animations on shapes, playing with “Path Trim Start” and “Path Trim End” properties in keyframe do not appear properly in Figma. You can see the values evolving when you play the animation, but the view is not animated.Note : If you export the SVG animations, it looks good, the stroke path is animated correctly in Edge for example.If you draw the object yourself, using the pen, then the path trim animation works proporly in Figma. You can visualise the result. If you flatten a shape (rectangle, elipse, star ...), even if it becomes a vector path (equivalent to what you would draw with the pen), the animation still does not appear in Figma. 

Some properties animations are not supported by SVG. Example : arc sweep. Then you can elaborate an animation in Figma Motion Beta, visualize the result, but when you export, the SVG will be fully static. My example : I was creating a fancy timer, looked great in Figma, I exported in SVG. Preview was static in the browser, and opening the SVG, I could see that no animation keyframes were defined. Could Figma Help indicate the limitation when exporting in SVG. Could the export in SVG indicate the non supported animations used in the project ? 

video image is full, can move correctly. But still have some problems, like in the red box i marked, dots are not supposed shown. I want gif export. but all of them all half only (on the left, there should be two lines) and not move correctly. 

Hi @Figma Support team, I am writing to report an issue regarding access to Figma Agent - Skills (Beta) for my team members on our Professional plan.Although all team members have paid, full-access Professional seats, they are unable to view or access the Skills feature under Figma Agent.For reference: Image 01 (Admin view): Shows the "Agent - Skills" option visible and fully accessible. Image 02 (Team member view): Shows that the option is missing entirely, despite the user having full access permissions. To troubleshoot, I created and published a custom skill directly to our team space to see if it would trigger access for them. When I invite a new user to a Figma team and give them access to the entire project and its folders, the folder contents are not displayed consistently.Some folders appear completely empty, while others only show some of the files. In some cases, all files are visible as expected. The user has editing access to the team/project, but they still cannot see all of the files and folders they should have access to.As a workaround, I have to manually invite the user to individual folders again, even though they already have editing access at the team/project level.

I have 3 libraries. One is a component library, second is more complex components, and the third is page templates. I have separate design files that I import any changes from the libraries. The design files are where the prototype interactions live. The problem i have is that some of the interactions on specific components will consistently disappear every time i update the design file from any of the three libraries. Some component interactions will only sometimes disappear after an update. And some will always remain. Why is that? 

We are trialing Figma as a replacement for Miro and as a candidate for UI design. We noticed when importing our Miro boards that Miro “Frames” lose their names. This is because Figma’s importer converts them into plain “Shapes”, which cannot have names, rather than the probably more appropriate “Sections”, which can. This creates a lot of extra work as we need to remake all of these Sections and manually name them. Here’s a comparison to illustrate that we’re losing a lot of valuable labeling:Miro: named framesFigma: our frame names are gone! 

I’m having an issue with file attachments in Figma Make.Files appear to upload successfully through Add context → Add images and files, and Make can see/reference the filename, but it cannot access the actual contents of the attachment.I’ve tested this with both PNG images and PDF files, all within the supported file-size limits.For example, when I upload a PNG logo, Make responds with messages such as:“I cannot access the attachment. The file is not reaching the project filesystem — src/imports/ does not exist and no PNG with that name is anywhere in the workspace.”It then tells me to manually place the image into public/, which isn’t something I can do through the normal Figma Make interface.The same issue occurs with PDFs: Make recognises that a PDF was referenced/attached but says it cannot find or read it.I’ve also tried re-uploading the files and trying new make files, but the behaviour is unchanged.It seems like the attachment is being registered in the chat, but the actual file
