I built the website using Figma Make. The images display normally while editing and in preview mode. However, once I publish the site, all the images disappear, both in the preview and on the live domain.  Where could I be going wrong?

Why can't I use the Figma AI?Is it still unavailable? Google and Gemini say it's not available for free users? I can't find a button to connect my Figma site to the Figma AI. What's going on?

I noticed recently that the variable search suggestion is quite broken when I enter my queries. Below is a screenshot of me writing my query to filter down my results. But you can see the results don’t filter correctly. This as been the case for a while now.   

As mentioned above, currently when using AI to generate design drafts, during the writing process, the AI provided me with the following feedback, and I hope it can be fixed. 

I hit my monthly cap with 15,000 AI credits and couldn’t get an answer on how to purchase more, so I created another account and gave that account access to work on my project.  I upgraded that account to 15,000 AI credits as well, but even though they were purchased I keep getting a message than I have none remaining.  I figured it was a temporary bug, but it’s now been almost 2 weeks without any change or work completed.  How can I get access to these credits?

I cancelled my subscription on May 7, yet I was still told it would only be cancelled on May 13 and I was charged anyway. If I cancelled before the renewal date, there should have been no charge. They stole my money after I had already cancelled my subscription. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

We're seeing a consistent HTTP 500 from https://www.figma.com/embed?embed_host=share&url=... when the viewer's browser is logged into Figma. Same embed URL, same file:Logged out → works Logged in → 500Repro is just: open a prototype embed iframe while logged in to Figma on the affected account. The 500 happens during what looks (from devtools) like an internal refreshOnReadyForEmbed reload triggered by the auth-aware code path.Reproducible across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Setting iframe.credentialless = true (Chrome only) avoids it by stripping cookies, but breaks Figma's password-protected file form, so it isn't a viable general fix.Could someone from Figma confirm and/or give an ETA on a fix? Hey!can any one help me understand why I keep getting this error when I go to upload my Frames? The plug in was working fine up until this point. I have gone through troubleshooting - the frame width matches, cleared the cache and the style exist already in my website. but no matter what I keep getting this error message.

use_figma` tool not appearing in Claude Code despite all MCP servers connectedI used it a total of 16 times before, but something changed in the past 10 days to 2 weeks.I need to escalate this please. I'm having a similar issue with some others with the cursor becoming giant when hovering over the art board. I'm on an Android tablet and it happens on Chrome. Firefox looks better.

Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

I have been experiencing unusual behavior in Figma for several days. When I use Spacebar + mouse to pan, the canvas moves unpredictably in different directions while the spacebar is pressed. Refreshing Figma temporarily resolves the issue, but the glitch reoccurs frequently. I am using Figma Web.

Hi everyone,I wanted to reach out on an ongoing billing issue with our Figma Organization plan, as support has so far only clarified the billing structure but not addressed our actual concern.To recap the situation:We briefly upgraded our account to an Organization plan with 1 Full and 1 Dev seat and were correctly charged €73.15 for a short usage period.Shortly after that, we downgraded the account back to View Mode because we did not intend to continue using Full or Dev seats.Despite this downgrade, our account was charged €960 for an annual renewal of the Organization plan (2026–2027), which includes those seats.Support confirmed that this €960 charge is the standard annual renewal for the plan. However, our understanding is that the downgrade to View Mode should have cancelled or prevented any further commitment to Full/Dev seat licensing going forward.
