I'm reporting an unauthorized billing charge caused by an automatic seat upgrade.On June 2, 2026, I subscribed to the Professional plan with 1 Collab seat on an annual billing cycle (JP¥5,940). After that, my Collab seat was automatically upgraded to a Full seat without any confirmation dialog or explicit consent. Hi everyone - yesterday I ran into a FigmaMake warning when trying to run a prompt telling me "Couldn't summarize chat history, try again later" -- error code: 8cd2987f-7f38-4a23-8dda-797192746e1f -- screenshot below. For context, this happened to me about an hour after a coworker came to me with the same error. They were able to resolve it by duplicating the FigmaMake file and re-running the prompt, however I have tried everything I can find on the webs (which isn’t much) and a lot of other troubleshooting attempts beyond that to see if I can get past it.My last ditch attempt was deleting about 200 .md files from the Imports folder that were attachments from many of my prior prompts. That still didn’t do the trick. I’m at a loss. More context: I’m on version 1248 of the Make file, using the Opus 4.8 model, the prototype is about 18MB with ~600 files.Any and all help is appreciated!! Thanks all

While I working in a file, I suddenly saw a red error banner that said "Someone Revoked Your Access to This File" and the file closed. I tried reopening the file and it would show the same error and then close the file.I quit Figma and then relaunched it. I tried opening the file again and it seems to be open and running fine now. Just wanted to report this in case there’s a bug.

Hey everyone,I need to vent because I’m genuinely at my wits' end with the recent updates. It feels like Figma is getting worse day by day, and basic, foundational features are being completely ruined or hidden in the name of "sleek redesigns."Out of nowhere today, the "Apply Variable" gear icons have completely vanished from my properties panels. I’m trying to link padding, gap spacing, and border radiuses to our design tokens, but the contextual hover icons just aren't appearing on the settings inputs anymore. Please fix this ASAP, Figma. Stop breaking core functionality for things we use every single minute of our workflows.😡   

I am really struggling with the new animation layout and would love an option to hide or disable it, as I do not use animation in my workflow.Additionally, I am having trouble with the Scale tool. Hitting K no longer brings up the panel, making it difficult to scale elements proportionally. The only available option seems to be the Transform tool, but using it adds unwanted keyframes to my elements.

When applying any default/built-in shader via Fill → Shader OR Effects → Shader on the Figma desktop app, nothing renders on canvas and no shader panel appears for me. when i position my shapes figma tells me the shape is in line with the pixel grid and not something like 0.01. Yet its not lining up. When i change the spacing from 0 to 1 and then back to 0 it fixes it.

Hi there! Hopefully someone can help me - this is driving me mad! I’ve looked at a bunch of help inquiries on the forum with people having similar issues and I can’t seem to figure it out. I didn’t use any masks with this design, all the content appears to be within the bounding frame where the vertical scrolling takes effect. There’s no extra padding that would otherwise interfere that I’m aware of. Nothing seems to be outside the boundary. I have similar screens with the exact same content within the boundary box and those don’t appear to cause any issues whatsoever. The only difference with this screen is that the content within the boundary box does not start at the top, it starts near the middle (which I did on purpose). So when I scroll all the way up to where the content stops past the hero image, there’s a huge white space leftover -- so the top of the hero image doesn’t end up directly underneath the top app bar like it should be (it works correctly on the other similar screen

Figma Motion is a great feature, and I know it's still in beta. However, please fix this issue the current time input box overlaps other UI elements, which affects usability.

Hard to contact Figma Singapore, I gave my number to Figma Headquarters to forward to Singapore office and yet no contact has been made yet inspite of sending emails ang "contact us" submissions. 

I have been experiencing unusual behavior in Figma for several days. When I use Spacebar + mouse to pan, the canvas moves unpredictably in different directions while the spacebar is pressed. Refreshing Figma temporarily resolves the issue, but the glitch reoccurs frequently. I am using Figma Web.

The problem is some texts don’t display and when i click the text itself, then it will show again, and this situation shows lots of times and it is a little bit annoying. There are the steps:1.Create the component and the variables of the button2.Use them in the design file and change the color and font of the text 3.Warp with some auto layout 

For days, I keep getting this screen when trying to access one of my figma files. The page doesn’t reload. I tried logging out and logging in, deleting unsused files, etc. nothing works.  

I need some help with a billing issue. I switched my subscription back to the $0/free plan, but I’ve still been charged every month anyway - my account seems to revert to the full paid plan without any notification.I submitted a support ticket right after I noticed the charge, but I haven’t heard back yet. There also doesn’t seem to be a clear, straightforward way to cancel the plan from the account settings, which is part of why this keeps happening.I’m hoping to get this resolved: a refund for the unexpected charges, and confirmation that my plan is properly cancelled this time. Thanks.
