I have a problem. Last month, I was mistakenly charged for an extra seat. I removed it, but I was billed again. I don't need six seats; I want to pay for five. Please issue me a new bill for five seats. Remove any random options that could have arisen due to someone's mistake and would have resulted in a price higher than five seats. This is extremely urgent; please attend to my request as soon as possible.

I canceled the auto-renewal after my initial subscription, but I was still charged in the second month. What’s going on?Also, after being charged, my account didn’t receive any plan upgrade and is still on the free version.I’m currently unable to see any orders or anything related to canceling the subscription in my account.I need to cancel the subscription and request a refund. It’s not what I agreed to when I made these monthly purchases before that date in time. I’m getting ripped off.This program also is *terrible* at saving my work, and I have had to re-correct it almost every single time I reopen the program up to continue my classwork. So even if I agreed to this, the program forces me to spend time fixing up what it didn’t decide to save. After multiple fail-safes I have put in.Stop. Wasting. My. Time. Give me access to the program I paid for. This is a class with a deadline, and I’ve already tried moving this project into a different program, the functionality does not translate

this problem is keep coming up since yesterday. so i deleted Chrome and figma app. and reinstalled figma app only 30 minutes ago.it worked fine for about 30 minutes. but now the problem came up again.i dont understand what this error pop-up is requesting me to do. I deleted the chrome app. please help. Now if i open figma app, only a white screen will open. i cant see anything.

When i try to log in the account, it shows that “You've made too many recent attempts. Please try again later.”. What can i do to successfully log in? How long do i need to wait? Any other solutions to fix the problem?

I have tried many times to verify my student account, however, each time it says that I have exceeded my limit for student plan. When I go back to old links, it says that they are expired and I need to try again. I have contacted SheerID a few times but they just get back to me with“We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”Maybe I am missing these ID’s as they mentioned that on my side of the request, but I don’t know what these mean.

 The browser will reload the entire screen in black once, the hackers execute something, and the whole Chromebook blacks out and back in, and then now WebGL error shows up. I cannot load the Figma files in the Chrome browser. The abuse form doesn't work either. Ever. Figma is really hackable. Any fixes?

Tried literally everything to verify my student account- filled out a form and everything and SheerID permanently closed my ticket! What do I do! I need to use this account with the education plan soon. What do i do??

Hi — I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.I’m being charged $21.49 monthly by Figma, but I can’t locate an active subscription on any Figma account I’m currently able to access. I’ve checked the accounts/emails I’m aware of and don’t see any billing information or active plans.At this point, I’m not sure which account or email address the charge is associated with, and I don’t have a way to identify it on my end. I’m trying to figure out how to: Identify the billing account associated with this charge, and Cancel the subscription, since I’m no longer using it. I’d also appreciate guidance on whether any recent charges might be eligible for a refund.Thanks in advance — any help or direction would be appreciated.

When editing in Figma Buzz, I can only see this button that says ‘Edit Content’. But my coworker can see an additional option to ‘Change Layout’. We’re working from the same template file; why don’t I have this option? TYSM

Hey there… I just encountered the issue with glass effect. I made a navigation bar with frame tool and added glass effect; while I design it has glass effect, but when I go to preview it just disappears. When I copy and paste the same frame onto design file instead of website it works how it should. Is it me ? Am I going crazy or its just Figma?work on design tabtotally disappears on preview

Hi Figma team, I need to gain access to my old projects from my previous job. Ive tried logging in with my old email address [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] but only some of my projects are showing. They were saved in another team either titled L33 or by my name but these options do not show when i log in. Please could someone advise on how to retrieve them as I am trying to make a portfolio and im very worried that ive lost my last 8 years of work!

My game is not loading and it is saying "A little help? I couldn't solve this one. Ask Figma to fix it, adjust the prompt, or restore an older system in chat." I don't have any "A.I. Tokens" though. Any thoughts?

Hi there,I have been working on a program draft for the past two years. It contains one page with the semester schedule since August 2024 and about 45 pages with the detailed daily lesson plans as a small Landingpage per each day.  Additionally, all my class grades are listed on one separate page, showing the grades since the start of school in 2024.I am now quite concerned, because this file is no longer visible in my Figma account. This is a serious issue for me, as it represents many hours of work that would be almost impossible to recreate.Could you please advise me on what I can do? I am confident that the design file was not deleted, as I accessed it almost every 10 days/two weeks and always kept a close overview.Who could assist me with recovering this file?Thank you very much for your help, and best regards,Melanei

Whenever I create an annotation on an image, the image edit bottom floating bar appears and if I write anything on the annotation containing the letter “Q”, Figma takes it as the shortcut for “Select area” and the annotation disappears. Help! I’m trying to get Cline to ingest Figma files for a variety of use cases. One is to have it run a checklist of design library guidelines on a set of screens that are nearly ready to be passed to Dev. Or, have Cline be a chatbot assistant that understands a very large service blueprint. However, whenever I give it the Figma files, it always locks up as there is way too much information in the files for the model to take on. I’ve tried to parse or chunk this out but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me understand what I can do differently? I’m using the MCP server, and saw from a YouTube video (22 mins mark) that the MCP should have a way to auto chunk this but I cannot get this to work. TIA

My other account has been suspended as well. I already reported the issue to the official support team by email, but it still hasn’t been resolved. I have many important files in that account, and the suspension has seriously disrupted my work and caused significant financial losses. I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.

I’m sure that the page is extended to include the entire design content of my pages, but when I publish, some of them are fully viewable and others I can’t scroll to the bottom of them! Sometimes it’s just a little bit, and other times it’s a good 200px worth of content. I’ve tried different browsers and it’s consistent across them.
