Hi, I’m trying since about 1 month to contact FIGMA sales team to see for an Organization License via the Contact form, with no news, I tried in English, in French (about 4 times), and even via Contact Support (A ticket is open now for about 10 days here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/1588454). I tried also direct mail to sales@figma.com It seems that it  exists no way to contact anyone from figma except this forum :(We would like to have a contact to discuss a full switch for our European organization to Figma tools.Any answer would be appreciate, thanks in advance, Christophe LOUISArcelorMittal Europe – Flat products

I have lost files from my Figma account. I looked at the drafts > deleted tab and its not there. I also filter searched all projects made by (me) and no luck finding it. I have a link the prototype because I had it linked to my old portfolio and it says that Prototype not found. Either this file doesn’t exist or you don’t have permission to view it. Ask the file owner to verify the link and/or update permissions. This project was definetly used through this email so im confused. I dont know if any other files got lost, but this is a case study for my portflio and a really important project to me so I hope you can help me recover it.

I am a master’s degree student at Politecnico di Milano, and I’m having an ongoing issue verifying my student status. I have contacted Figma Support before, and I was informed that the issue is related to SheerID. However, when I reached out to SheerID, they said it’s a Figma-related problem.I’m certain that I am still an active student, so this verification issue is not on my side. I have tried to verify my student status multiple times, the system says “verified,” but my Figma profile does not update to reflect the Education status.Could you please look into this and help resolve it? I really need access to the student benefits for my studies. 

This should be very simple: I have a component with 2 variants. Variant1 has a text layer which is not underlined text, and Variant2 has the same text layer (same layer name of course), which is underlined text. I added a hover interaction on Variant1 to change to Variant2 When I test it out in the prototype, the underlined text doesn’t show up on hover. To make sure the variant switch is happening on hover, I changed the background of Variant2, and sure enough, the background change does happen on hover. So for some reason the text underline is just not happening. This is a bug, right? Any workarounds?

Hi Figma Support Team,I was asked to re-verify my Education Plan status. Although the verification had expired for only 24 hours, I successfully re-verified my account. However, my teams are still locked, as if the re-verification hadn’t gone through.Could someone please help me with this issue?

Hi everyone,So I have an assignment due till 12pm. However, when I try and access my designs on figma, I just get a grey screen.I tried clearing all browser data on safari (that didn‘t work), I then tried if I would see anything on the App (that didn‘t work), I then deleted the app, restarted the ipad and re-downloaded the figma app - no success. I then installed Firefox - that didn‘t work. I then tried it via chrome (also tried clearing the cache there - neither worked). Nothing worked. None of my own designs nor those shared with me work. I ran out of option 2 attempts ago. Slowly losing hope. Can anyone help? Please?

When using the new "Lock Aspect Ratio" feature and adjusting an element’s size using the Ctrl + Arrow shortcut, the resizing behavior is inconsistent and unstable. The size increments/decrements in an unexpected pattern, and the element’s position also shifts unintentionally.Steps to Reproduce:Select a rectangle (or any element) in Figma. Enable the "Lock Aspect Ratio" feature. Use the Ctrl + Arrow (Left/Right/Up/Down) shortcut to adjust the element's size. Observe: The size does not increase/decrease smoothly. Initially, the size changes by 0.5px for 5-6 steps. Then, it starts breaking into irregular decimal values (e.g., 0.49px, 0.48px, etc.). The position of the element also changes, shifting towards the direction of the arrow key pressed. If the element is positioned at the edge of an artboard, it moves slightly instead of just resizing. Expected Behavior:The element should resize in stable increments (e.g., 1px per step) without decimal inconsistencies. The element’s position

A colleague of mine is trying to use the “Rewrite this...” function within Figma, I have action to it no problem but it’s not showing for her. Even when she searches for it. It’s this item at the top of the recents section.

I am using the organisation edition. I had previously enabled two-factor authentication but later disabled it. Today, upon re-enabling it to publish a plugin, I received the following prompt: We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.

Seemingly as of today’s update, pinned items within a project now only have a limited selection of actions available in their right-click context menu (Open, Create New Branch, Add to Sidebar, Remove Project Pin, Copy Link) but none of the others (Copy Link, Share, Duplicate, Show Version History, Rename, Move File, Move to Trash) even though those are in the menu if you find the original file. (i.e. it’s not a permissions problem removing those functions, they just aren’t in the menu for the pinned version) This appears to be the same in both the browser and in the desktop app. As part of our process, we create most new design files by duplicating a template file, which we keep pinned to the project so the team has easy access to it. With this update it’s no longer possible to duplicate (or do a bunch of other actions) from the pinned file, and instead you have to dig through the full list of files to find it in the general project list. Is there a reason this functionality was remove

Have a question about using Figma? Can i restrict copying and sharing on files with Education Plan?

We’ve identified a bug related to how Figma handles overrides when switching between component variants in different orders.Specifically, when we first apply the variant where the dropdown is open, everything works correctly. But if we start with the dropdown closed variant and then switch to the open one, we run into issues:– The icon sometimes changes incorrectly– Occasionally, the button type also changesThis issue isn’t limited to dropdowns — we’ve seen the same pattern affect many other components in our system.The bug appears to be tied to how Figma manages overrides based on the order of variant switching.We’ve attached a video showing this behavior in action. Please investigate, as this makes it hard to maintain consistency in large design systems.

I started using Figma Make because it popped up and asked me to. I thought I’d build a simple swimlane workflow with minor interactive options to showcase a scenario of a migration from one platform to another. It pretty much nailed the layout at the start, which got me excited. But 4 days later - I want to scream, it’s so frustrating. Subsequent requests to get it to work correctly made it go into a loop of fail that it keeps repeating no matter what. I even linked it to the working version and it still can't get it right. After 100s of versions and a conversation 4 days long, I give up. So much for this portfolio piece I put so much effort into. The AI is just not very bright - at all.

Hello,Figma Mirror hasn't been working for few days on my iPhone.It used to work “ok” before but now, every time I want to use Mirror, I just see a black screen no matter what I try. The app correctly shows the selected frame prior to mirroring but as soon as I tap on “Begin mirroring”, I see nothing but a black screen.I tried with different projects... I restarted Figma on macOS... I rebooted my Mac... Hi everyone,I used to work at a company where I created a FigJam file using my company Google account. That account has since been deleted, but I recently found that the file is still publicly accessible and even appears in Google search results.The file contains internal company processes, so it really shouldn’t be visible to the public. I tried to change the sharing settings, but since my old Google account no longer exists, I can’t access or manage the file at all.Is there any way to delete or hide the file from public view (for example, by contacting Figma support or submitting a removal request)?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My version is Figma Desktop App version 125.9.10 

I have been verified by the 3rd party company "SheerID" and I still cannot see the education plan options after clicking on the "new" tag in the file menu. What else do I need to do?  I submitted a ticket, but it’s been 10 days and no response.  I have classwork I need to do.  If there isn’t an education plan, please let me know so I can use another layout editor!

Hi, I’m a student and I applied for the Education plan. I’ve already been verified and upgraded, but it still shows that I’m on the Starter plan instead of the Professional plan. I already logged out and back in, but it didn’t help. Could you help me with this?
