Request for Student Plan Account Verification

Hello,

I am requesting verification of my Figma Student Plan account.

I have submitted all the required documents for verification. However, I do not have a second (last) name, and the form required a mandatory second name. Since the form could not be submitted without it, I entered my first name again as the second name.

I kindly request you to verify my account despite this issue.

My details are as follows:

Firstly, just to make sure I’m on the same page, can you confirm what type of education institution you’re associated with? The verification process differs depending on whether you’re affiliated with a high school, higher education, or online courses. For more details, this guide breaks it down: Figma for Education → Verify your education status.

While I can’t access or share account-specific details here, I can confirm that the Figma Education team has received your request. Your case number is: 1683389, and they’ll be in touch as soon as they’ve had a chance to review.

In addition, one quick clarification that may help move things along: when you mentioned submitting all required documents, was that through SheerID? If so, they’re best equipped to address the name concern and can be reached here: Contact SheerID support team.
