I want to cancel my subscription and refund my money.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle billing or refund requests directly here in the Forum. Eligibility for a refund will need to be reviewed by our support team, who can look at your account details securely.

I’ve sent you a DM with the next steps and a secure link to contact Support, where you can explain your situation and request assistance. They’ll let you know whether a refund is possible. The support team will take it from there.

In the meantime, as a reminder, you can find information on downgrading or canceling your Professional Plan in our Help Center here. Here are the steps for reference:

To cancel your Professional plan subscription:

  1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
  2. Click  Admin.
  3. Select the  Settings tab.
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
  5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.


Update: I can see in the backend that you’ve reached out to the support team — thanks for doing that! They’re currently waiting for your reply so they can continue investigating your case.
