Problem about Education verification

Hello everyone,

I’m a master’s student at Northeastern University and I’m trying to access the Education plan, but I’m running into an issue. The system shows: ”Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”

I asked Figma AI and it suggested that I contact SheerID. However, when I reached out to SheerID, they replied: ” We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”

At this point, I’m not sure what I should do next. Has anyone experienced something similar, or knows how I can resolve this?

Hey ​@chunghao , Celine from Figma here! Happy to help.  Thanks for sharing all the details, and sorry for the back-and-forth you’ve run into here.

I’ve checked with the Figma Education and it seems that they’ve reset your verification limit, so you should now be able to try applying again for the Education plan.

If you’re prompted to submit documentation during the process, please make sure it clearly includes:

  • Your full name

  • Your university name (Northeastern University)

  • Your current term dates

Unofficial transcripts usually work well, as long as that information is visible.
