Can't find my subscription

Hi, 

I am writting here because I subcribed to Figma pro a month ago in order to try the figma make AI a little bit and I can’t find this subscription anymore whereas I can see that I have been charged another month. As I can’t find anything, I suppose I am not the only one. That’s why I post here.

I took a look at the email address associated with your forum account, and it looks like you have an active subscription under the team: FS Team

When logged into Figma, be sure that this team is selected within the file browser. To manage your Billing, you can go to Admin then select the  Billing tab. More information on Managing your Figma plan is available here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040532093-Manage-payment-and-invoice-details

Thank you for your reply. I think the subscription under the team FS TEAM belongs to another subcription as I am not admin of this team. I believe you can verify that this subscription is not only 2 months old ? The problem is, I can’t find any other subscription. I might have subscribed with another account by accident ? 

As I have tried many times to reach support and had no answer, can you reach me by email so we can move forward on this problem with more sensitive details to help you find the subscription (ex: last digits of the credit card ? ) ?
