Urgent: blocked from publishing plugin update

Hi,

I’m trying to publish a new version of my plugin Design Buddy, but I’m blocked by this message:

“We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”

I emailed support@figma.com as instructed, but received an automated reply saying email support isn’t available for Starter accounts, so that path doesn’t work.

I haven’t changed anything related to my account. This is blocking a plugin update for a waiting customer, so I’d appreciate it if a support specialist could check my account and help unblock the publishing process.

Follow up: my account was unblocked.

Not sure what was the issue, but I provided all the requested information to Figma team and got unblocked in less than 24 hours.
