Hello! I need help understanding a billing issue.
I cancelled my Professional team subscription before the renewal date. My team now shows the Starter (free) plan, and I do not have access to billing settings or paid features.
However, on December 1st I received an invoice for $15.17 USD, and my bank showed an automatic payment attempt from Figma. I previously paid only $5 USD for my plan, and I did not add any extra seats.
I am confused because:
• the subscription was cancelled in advance
• the account is now on the free plan
• I didn’t add any seats
• I don’t owe anything as far as I understand
• but I still received an invoice and a failed charge attempt
Can someone from the Figma team please confirm:
1) that my subscription is fully cancelled
2) that there will be no more payment attempts
3) that I do not have an outstanding balance
4) why the invoice amount was $15.17 instead of $5
