I’m using AI image generation in beta and today I suddenly got rate limit exceeded. I tried Can I not use this anymore? Or will it reset the next day? I don’t know Has anyone else had the same experience?

I'm trying to publish my website but this error keeps returning:  

Hey Team,I have been trying to link a sub-domain to my Figma Sites for a while and it’s not happening. I have a main domain ‘www.imtiyazahmed.com’ and I created a sub-domain from it : ‘kittu.imtiyazahmed.com’I followed the proper procedure to add the DNS Records, name and values. I buy and maintain my domains in GoDaddy site. Once I added this sub-domain to Figma Site, it told me that it might take upto 24-48 hours for the changes to go live. I waited for 48 hours, there was no update. Then I disconnected the domain, deleted the records and recreated the subdomain and DNS Records. I added it to Figma site again and waited for 48 hours and yet there was no update. It kept showing me that ‘it will take more time’Kindly help me out. I have attached the images for your reference. Figma Beta app is not installing in windows 11 pc.

Когда нажимаю на «Создать компонент»: на холсте появляется рядом с названием 4 заполненных ромба как мастер набор, а в панели Layers показывается 4 пустых ромба как копии. Если создаю копию инстанса и жму на «подняться к родителю», меня возвращает к тому же фрейму с 4 пустыми ромбами (копиями). Получаю расхождение статуса между холстом и Layers. Из-за этого недоступны обычные функции для «мастера»: Detach/Отсоединить экземпляр и Swap/Замена и т. д. Скриншот приложила. Подскажите пожалуйста, как исправить?Что уже пробовала:Перезапуск приложения и файла. Разгруппировать → снова «Создать новый компонент». Копировать в новый файл. Проверить, не объединены ли объекты в набор/варианты.

Hi, I accidentally clicked to create a new team and then got stuck on the “Add team members” page. Neither “Skip for now” nor the close button in the upper right works to leave this page. I’ve tried logging out, restarting the app, and even reinstalling it, but every time I open Figma, I’m still stuck on this page and can’t close it to go back to the homepage. The web version works fine. How can I resolve this?

Hi Figma Support,I was collaborating on a file named "Prisoner App" (link below). Color override is no longer possible on icon instances at all.I am managing a 1000+ icon library. Each icon is a component with variants for different sizes and regular/fill theme (+bespoke properties for icons that need it). All icons are flattened single shape, fill-rule corrected and all have a single layer named “Shape”. (Everything is set-up exactly like MS Fluent system). This library is published to multiple design files where colors are being overriden depending on states etc. inside their parent components. All of this worked before summer vacation, coming back to work now almost all icon instances have reverted back to the default color variable and I am completely unable to even re-override them with the correct colors again. The color is not editable at all now. Why are the overrides broken?? Why can overrides no longer be applied at all?? This is breaking an entire design system at a very crucial point in time for us, any help is very, very much appreciated. Thanks.

When pasting multiple images into FigJam, when the last file is selected before pasting the other files, the filename with the last alphabetical filename unexpectedly displays in the 1st position in FigJam. (See attached screenshots of the behavior.)   

This feature is not working anymore on MacOS on the newest version 125.6.5 (I have this issue on my Macbook Pro M4 and Mac mini M2). Fortunately, my Windows PC is still working.If anyone has this issue, please help me raise this up to Figma!

Hex codes for fill and stroke in the right sidebar. Is it no longer possible to edit hex codes for fill/stroke directly in the right sidebar?Instead of becoming editable, clicking the hex code now opens the colour picker for me.I use my colour picker in HSB mode, so have always greatly appreciated being able to edit hex codes in the right sidebar (with one click) without having to enter and change the mode of my colour picker.This seemingly innocuous update really affects my workflow.I don’t see why the hex code can’t remain editable for efficiency’s sake.

Since the latest update, Figma keeps reloading unexpectedly. Whether I’m zooming in, adding a new image, or doing anything else, it randomly reloads, shows a black screen, and then reloads the file.

A small change I noticed recently.In the old UI when you hit 'K', the input field for the value was automatically highlighted and you could instantly follow with a number on your keyboard.(e.g. you would hit 'K', then '2', and the item is scaled by x2)In the new UI however you now have to hit 'K’ twice to get to the same result.('K’, again 'K', then '2')I don't see what's the motivation behind this small change? Do other users experience a similar issue?  

I’ve been using figma.fileKey in an internal Figma plugin to get the file’s latest contributor, and it had been working fine until today.Now I’m getting the following error:Unhandled promise rejection: Error: figma.fileKey is undefined. Hi.I created a frame as master component.I created an instance of that component.Now I like to paste an object into that instance. It is not possible.My goal:Insert new objects into an instance component without changing the master component.How can I solve this?Thanks.

When pasting links into my FigJam board some show the preview image as expected but others do not… they just who the link text. Lines (vector paths) play an essential role in my graphics. The lines take the form of various basic geometric shapes:circles, ellipses, squares, rectangles, triangles, polygons.It must be possible to change the width of these lines with ease.In Illustrator, you can create vector paths based on basic shapes.Is it true that this is not possible in Figma?Correct, converting a basic shape into an area with a stroke using "Outline Stroke" is not a solution. After that, the width of the lines can no longer be changed.I do not want to draw vector paths from basic shapes manually using the Pen Tool.Thank you : )

Hi,  My Figma account has been dormant for months, and i was surprised to see a charge of ~$211 USD to my card appear. No contact from Figma before or after the transaction either. I investigated, and it’s that my _team_ has an annual cost, fine. I bit annoyed that i didn’t get a “You’re about to renew” email, or a “thanks for renewing” email, but fine.I reached out to support to get a refund via the contact form here. Twice. No response (or receipt that they received my message) either time. It feels like i’m shouting into the void.I searched the forums and saw that people who post here get a response so i’m trying that.I haven’t used my Team for ~4months, and don’t intend to use it in the future. I’ve been charged for it. I’d like this to be refunded. How can I make this happen?

Can a designer select which language “Figma Make” generates?   Can “Figma Make” generate Java & Kotlin?

Experiencing lag and delays in the MAKE chat on the Figma site when expanding conversations is a common frustration, especially as the text volume increases. The issue seems to worsen over time, specifically when typing into the input field, where the system momentarily freezes before displaying the typed text.Has anyone encountered a similar problem or found a solution to address this performance issue?

I am working with a colleague and some local variables simply do not update in the design when she is entering new values in the local variables window. Some do, some don’t. I on the other hand are able to update all variables with no issue. Both are using latest Figma Version via App. Only difference she is working on Windows, I am on Mac.
