I understand that the Education verification went through on the wrong account, and now that you've deleted it and tried to verify on your current one, you've hit the attempt limit. Here's how to move forward:
- Get the verification limit reset. Reach out to SheerID directly at figmasupport@sheerid.com and let them know you've exceeded the limit. They manage the verification process and can reset your attempts.
- Move the Education status. If the Education status was applied to the deleted account, you can request it be transferred by completing this form: Request to Move Figma Edu Status. This can take up to a week to go into effect.
