Hi everyone. So, I was invited to help a little with the project, but there’s a message that I need to verify I am a student or educator since it’s an education team. I am not, by the way, so I'm thinking about buying a professional plan since right now I’m on a free one. Will it give me full access to the education team project?

In this case, access to an Education team is tied specifically to having verified education status (student or educator). So even if you upgrade to a Professional plan, it unfortunately won’t give you access to collaborate within that Education team.
If you still want to work together, here are a couple of options:
• The file could be moved to a free starter team, though this may come with some feature limitations.
• Or moved to a Professional team (If you decide to purchase the professional plan), where you can collaborate. Please note that editors on that team would require paid seats.
I know that’s a bit limiting, especially when you just want to help on a project. If you have flexibility with the team setup, moving the file is usually the easiest workaround.
