We don't currently offer support in Portuguese here on the forum, so I hope it's okay that I'm replying in English. Sorry to hear about the trouble receiving your verification email.
Here are a few things to check:
- Check all areas of your inbox: Look through all folders, including spam and junk, for messages from a “figma.com” or “sheerid.com” address.
- Confirm your email: Make sure the email address you entered during signup was correct.
- Check with your institution: Some schools block emails from external domains. It's worth confirming with your school’s IT department that messages from figma.com aren't being filtered.
- Contact SheerID: If you're at a higher education institution, reach out to SheerID directly at figmasupport@sheerid.com — let them know you haven't received the verification email and they can take a closer look.
If none of that helps, let me know and I'll raise this with the Figma for Education team for further review. 🙏🏻
