Plugin review pending for several weeks — no updates and unable to reach support

Hi Figma team,

I submitted my plugin Mediaquad DAM for review a few weeks ago, and it’s still showing as “In Review”. So far, I haven’t received any feedback, requests for changes, or updates on its status.

I understand that review times can vary and that the team is likely handling a high volume of submissions. However, the lack of any communication makes it difficult to understand whether everything is progressing normally or if something might be blocking the process.

I also tried reaching out through the support chatbot, but it seems to loop without creating a ticket or escalating to a human. Emails I’ve sent only received automated responses, so I’m not sure if my request has actually been seen.

Could someone from the team please:

  • Confirm whether Mediaquad DAM is still in the normal review queue

  • Let me know if any action is required from my side

  • Advise on the best way to follow up if the review continues to take longer

Sorry for the lack of visibility on this. I checked internally and can confirm Mediaquad DAM is in the normal review queue and nothing is blocking it. There's nothing you need to do on your end! We're currently seeing a high volume of submissions which is impacting our review timelines, but your plugin is in line and hasn't been missed.

I've also added a follow-up note to increase visibility with the team. They'll reach out via email as soon as there's an update. Thanks for your patience! 🙏

It has now been another two weeks since your last message, but unfortunately there still haven’t been any updates regarding the Mediaquad DAM review status.
