Hi Figma team,
I submitted my plugin Mediaquad DAM for review a few weeks ago, and it’s still showing as “In Review”. So far, I haven’t received any feedback, requests for changes, or updates on its status.
I understand that review times can vary and that the team is likely handling a high volume of submissions. However, the lack of any communication makes it difficult to understand whether everything is progressing normally or if something might be blocking the process.
I also tried reaching out through the support chatbot, but it seems to loop without creating a ticket or escalating to a human. Emails I’ve sent only received automated responses, so I’m not sure if my request has actually been seen.
Could someone from the team please:

Confirm whether Mediaquad DAM is still in the normal review queue

Let me know if any action is required from my side

Advise on the best way to follow up if the review continues to take longer
