Contraté un puesto Collab para un mes, pero al mes siguiente mi cuenta mostró un cambio automático a un puesto Full y se me cobró ese puesto sin haberlo solicitado. Quiero entender por qué ocurrió ese cambio y cómo evitar que vuelva a pasar.
