Guys, I recently connected an Library to my working file in Figma Make, but it didn't work out as I'd hoped. Now, I want to completely unlink/disconnect that library so its components, styles, and variables don't affect my future prompts and results. Please help how can I do this ? I cannot see the option to do so

I’ve lost access to my education account which holds all of my previous files. I thought I had linked everything to the account I’m currently on but it seems that no matter what I do, I cannot regain access to it nor the files. 

On the Safari Version 26.0 (21622.1.22.11.14) I can not assigned any seat types for different users.Workaround is using an other browser.

Hey I noticed few of my friends in my uni got the Figma make access while I did not. Is Figma make and site now available for edu pro accounts for students?

I had figma free education plan which i applied for now they emailed me to re-verify by september 29 or I'll lose those pro features now I joined figma recently a month back i have re-applied for verification but they say i have exceeded limit for verification or availed this offer. I have no clue how to solve this i have contacted Sheer Id support team too.

Hi Figma team & community,I’m stuck on the SheerID step with the error “Verification Limit Exceeded / already redeemed or attempted” when applying for Figma Education.• What I tried: logging in with the target Figma account, applying via figma.com/education/apply, contacting SheerID to reset attempts (awaiting response).• Ask: once SheerID resets/approves, please ensure the verification is linked to my Figma account. If there’s a prior/partial verification under another email, please advise on re-association. 

In the Share settings of a given file (Share button >  Can view > Advanced), the Discoverable via search checkbox option is unchecked by default.I would think this refers to search within Figma (vs discoverable in general search engines), but searching for these files returns them in the results even with this setting is unchecked and when I’m not a member of the Team or Project.What does checking or unchecking this option actually do? And is there a way to globally, or at a Team level, change the default setting?  

Help! this is happening to me now. All the images in my file disappeared, both web and desktop, and in FigJam. baffled!

I have tried many times to verify my student account, however, each time it says that I have exceeded my limit for student plan. When I go back to old links, it says that they are expired and I need to try again. I have contacted SheerID a few times but they just get back to me with“We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.” Maybe I am missing these ID’s as they mentioned that on my side of the request, but I don’t know what these mean.No Program IDNo Verification IDExternal User ID Not Present

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the SheerID verification process for my student account.After submitting all required information, SheerID asks me to verify with a government ID. I have uploaded my passport multiple times, both in clear and high-quality images.However, every time I submit, I receive the same response:“We were unable to confirm your identity.”I also contacted SheerID Support directly and explained the issue through their form, but unfortunately, they have not provided a solution. The problem persists even though my documents are valid, clear, and up to date.This issue is preventing me from re-verifying my student account and accessing Figma Education benefits. Could you please review this case directly or provide me with an alternative way to verify my student status?

Hello Figma Community,I’m currently a design student and I was re-verifying my student education plan because of the new update and features but when I tried to re-verify my account, my ending screen would beVerification Limit ExceededWe're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.I don’t know if my re-verification went through because before it would say “we’re having troubles please verify later” so I tried it a couple of days later and got the “verification limit exceeded” screen. If anyone knows a solution that would be amazing! Download code button in figma make is giving a blank zip file, title of project is “project” and has no slashes or periods.

I love the new “Make” feature, but I cannot get over how the “Download Code” button doesn’t download the code you’re provided.Download Code button in Make pageYou get a .zip file with the name of the tab and no contents. Is there something I’m missing? I understand it’s “AI Beta”, but if this feature doesn’t work - why have it on the screen?

Hi! I created a Figma file last week. I was able to view it last Friday but when I’m looking at it today, Sunday, suddenly it’s gone. It’s not in the Drafts, not in the Recently Deleted Drafts as well. I unfortunately do not have a URL as I didnt share it with anybody. Is there anyway I can still find it? Can anybody help me please. Thank you!

I canceled my plan a while ago, but I would like to go back and download my invoices. However, there is no button or option showing up. I simply need to download my invoices.I tried following the best answer in the community forum, but I still couldn’t find it.

What’s going on here?I clearly have one letter and a few strokes, but when presenting or making a PDF they totally disappear. Anyone?Thanks in advance.  

I will not give other details: WHERE THE F*** IS THE AUTOLAYOUT WINDOW? The way in which you change so frequently is the interface is really unrespectful for people that use figma as a working tool.And you should also start changing your ux, ui o graphic designer, because some new icons are totally unreadable (e.g. the stroke one).

Hello Everyone,I need to point 2 domains to 1 designed page, but the current settings only allow me to add 1 domain at a time. Hello, I am currently on a Figma Education plan. One of my classmates, who is also on the same Education plan, already has access to AI features like Remove background, Boost resolution, Edit image, and Make an image.As I Have Attached his and mine Screenshots, in one Screenshot he have the action button, and the other who have normal button is mine.However, I don’t see these features in my account. Could you please clarify if AI features are available for Education users, and if so, is it possible to enable them for my account? I run some quick plugins on my local usually and at times when I see the figma links in gmail, it usually opens in my browser.  And I remember loading my plugins using the manifest.json and running it in browser. But for some reason recently that option seems to be missing. Is there any change on that? From app  From Browser 

figma account is paid ..despite doing the payment, owner account is still locked. This is unacceptable..totally frustrated after complaining multiple times to figma via hep center..nothing happened..

I’ve been wanting to change my email to my .edu email to verify for the education plan on Figma. I have been trying to change the email multiple times, and there’s always a popup saying that a verification email was sent, when it actually was not.I’ve even tried making a new account with my .edu email, but there’s no email with the verification link.Figma support does not even respond, I have tried contacting them. I’ll be happy if someone can help me resolve this issue.
