I am using a professional plan but have suddenly lost access to plugins. They are now blocked by a popup that wants to convert the account to a full seat. I updated Figma this morning but the issue remains. All plugins are triggering this popup when selected.Would appreciate any help to resolve this bug as I’m unable to export variables which is a big issue for development. Clicking Actions and then selecting a plugin The plugin is blocked with this popup and there is no option to just use the plugin 

Hi Figma team I’m a paying user on a Full-seat account, and I’ve installed the correct Figma Desktop App (version 125.10.8). Still, I do not see any AI / Make / MCP options in my sidebar or menus. I’ve confirmed that I’m not on an Education plan and that my seat type qualifies.Could you please check whether my account or workspace has been enabled for Figma AI / MCP features? Hey everyone!Our team has built a multi-brand design system that supports three different brand themes, each with both light and dark modes.All our icons are created as unions. This helps preserve the color override when an icon is swapped inside a component. For example: all icons use the “icon” color variable by default, but within a success inline message component, the icon is overridden with the “icon-success” color variable (green), as the icon should always be green in that context. Swapping, say, a checkmark icon with “icon-success” applied for a shield icon retains the correct “icon-success” variable. So far, so good.However, when we re-theme the inline message component from Brand 1 to Brand 2, the icon switches to a different brand-specific variant from the icon component set. Here’s where things break: in component instances, the color override (“icon-success”) is lost during this brand switch, and the icon falls back to the default “icon” color variable — which in our case

I am getting a message that says “Library assets may need to be republished for modename mode to show.” There is also a little icon next to the mode name in all of my files when selecting a palette mode. We use a single design system file that has all of our variables and the other palettes don’t seem to have the same problem. The error message is not very helpful and I have cleaned up all of the files and resolved everything I can find but this message never goes away. Can anyone help me understand what is going on? I have included a couple of images as an example of what I am seeing.

I’ve lost access to my education account which holds all of my previous files. I thought I had linked everything to the account I’m currently on but it seems that no matter what I do, I cannot regain access to it nor the files. 

Hi, I’m trying to import some .fig files and am getting an “Internal error during import” message whenever I try to import them. I tried importing on both the desktop app and the browser version and get the same error each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The figma support doesnt reply and ignores on this type of ticket even I am a premium user. This is really unprofessional and unfair for customers not getting any support. Hey, something is wrong with Figma!I am trying to subscribe to Figma Pro plan from Latvia (EU & Eurozone country) but Figma shows me this at the checkout:Your payment method's address is in a country that can't pay in EUR. Please use a different payment method.Latvia uses only EUR as its currency. We don’t use any other currency. My card is using EUR of course! I’ve been getting a persistent error in Figma Make for the past three days. It was working fine before, and I’m currently on app version 326.I’ve tried the common fixes suggested by other users, including duplicating the file, testing new prompts, and restarting the app, but none of these have worked.I’ve also opened an issue and granted access to share@figma.com, but the invite hasn’t been accepted yet.This is affecting my workflow, so I’d appreciate your support in resolving it. Screenshot of the error has been attached

Hello,  I am education verified, but some of the students I work with are not. For them, I have used open sessions when we have live class activities. For some reason, it’s not working anymore. It keeps telling them that they have no editing access even when the first message that comes on their screen is that they can add text, draw, and add images on the figjam. Yet last week it was working. It has disrupted a lot of activities. Please help me out.  Also, I thought that even if someone is not education verified they can still edit a file but will lose access within a week? Kindly clarify that for me. 

Some files have a Variable panel with a Collections dropdown menu. Other files do not have the dropdown menu. Does anyone know why this happens? See attached. I am in Figma desktop app for macOS, in Professional Plan.I prefer the dropdown menu, but do not see an option to enable it in my files where it is missing.

Recently, it seems that now interacting with prototypes in the Notes view of presentation mode in Figma Slides does not reflect what the audience is seeing in their view of the presentation. I have to move my cursor away from my notes to the audiences view of the slides and interact with the prototype there. This seems like a bug to me. It was not performing this way last week. Additionally, another update that seems to have happened at the same time is that prototypes in Slides load automatically and do not need to be clicked on to load, this is OK, but in my use case, i wanted 2 prototypes on the screen at once (Before & After versions), and having them load at the same time causes confusion. Having an option to load immediately or start on click would be helpful.

I switched from one account to another but forgot to cancel my subscription. I've been charged for several months for the deactivated account. Can I get a refund?

Hi Figma team,I need help with a billing issue that also locked all files in our team.Here is the timeline: I had an annual subscription for our team with 4 editor seats. During the year, some additional users were added and given full editor access. As a result, our team ended up with 7 editors in total. When the annual renewal date came, the system tried to charge us for 7 editor seats instead of the original 4. I contacted Figma support and was advised to cancel the current subscription and start a new one to fix the seat count (case 1616056). I followed this advice: I cancelled the subscription and attempted to set up a new one. However, before this process completed, the original subscription was automatically renewed anyway, now with 7 seats. The payment for this renewed subscription failed, and as a result all files in the team were locked due to non‑payment. In the billing UI, I now only see the option to pay for 7 users for a full year. There is no obvious way to

I thought it was just my bluetooth keyboard glitching out, but cmd + z is not undoing any action, nor is going to the Edit menu > Undo. Has anyone encountered this issue before? And if so, how did you resolve it?

 I submitted my figma plugin (BuddaAI) for review about a month ago and on the window that popped up, it said it should be reviewed within 5-10 business days. However I did not receive an email nor get it approved, and it’s been a bit over a month now. Would like to know how long I should expect to wait.. I have not been contacted or anything, and no update has been given. I’m experiencing an issue where the Figma Desktop App shows a black screen. I have tried uninstalling, clearing all related files in the file manager, and reinstalling, but the app still doesn’t open.I’m running the latest version of Figma Desktop App. My device’s operating system and graphics drivers are fully up to date. The issue does not occur in the web version of Figma, which works fine. The desktop app fails to open any files, even when trying to access them directly via a file URL.Steps I have already tried:Clearing Figma cache Running Figma with GPU acceleration disabled Updating graphics drivers Resetting and reinstalling with full cleanupPlease help me resolve this issue! 

I’m using AI image generation in beta and today I suddenly got rate limit exceeded. I tried Can I not use this anymore? Or will it reset the next day? I don’t know Has anyone else had the same experience?

I deleted my account yesterday but before doing that i had transferred ownership months ago and the person didn’t accept the transfer. currently they cannot access the files that i worked on due to the deletion of the account, please how do i recover the account?

Hi,I’ve been locked out of my student account, despite attempting to re-verify several times. I have been using my school issued email address. The verification message says that I have already redeemed the offer or have been verified but I’m still locked out and cannot edit or access my files. Please help.

I am trying to create a standard horizontal carousel with two-step navigation (scroll arrow begining middle and end) using a Component Set to manage arrow visibility. Goal: When the Right Arrow is clicked in the Start state, the row should smoothly scroll to X=1000 pixels and the button should change state to Middle (showing the Left Arrow). Setup: The content row (Latest Releases Full Row) has horizontal overflow. The button logic is contained within a three-variant component set (Start, Middle, End). At the end of the first 16 tiles I a have added 8 more tiles in the layers called R1T17 to R1T24. Failure: The first Right Arrow interaction work perfectly (scrolls to X=1000 and changes state). However, the Left Arrow in the Middle state is failing: it executes the "Change to" action but does not execute the "Scroll to" action.
