5월 카드 결제 내역을 확인했는데 예상치 못한 금액이 결제되었습니다. 결제일은 5월 8일이며, (redacted by the moderator due to PII) 계정으로 전액 결제(full sheet)로 설정되어 있습니다. 해당 계정은 전액 결제 권한을 사용한 적이 없으며, 결제 내역이 전액 결제로 설정된 이유를 알 수 없습니다. 가능하면 (redacted by the moderator due to PII) 계정에 대한 결제만 취소해 주시기 바랍니다. 빠른 답변 부탁드리며, 이메일로 회신해 주실 경우 (redacted by the moderator due to PII) 로 보내주시면 감사하겠습니다.
