Can't recieve any verification mail or even password reset

I can’t login as i am not recieving my verification mail.  I checked all folders and tried the mail multiple times and it’s working fine. am also sure the email is correct

Hi ​@Tobio_Design, checking in after looping in our Product Support team. Were you able to receive their follow-up and get back into your account?

For anyone else running into this: If verification or password reset emails aren't arriving (and spam has been ruled out), ask your IT team to allowlist the following domains:

Once that's done, try resending the verification email and that should clear things up.

Let us know if any access issues remain — we'll get it sorted. 🙏🏻
