Unexpected charges on my invoice

Hello Figma Support,

I would like to request a refund for an accidental subscription charge.

The payment was made unintentionally on Today right before, for professional 1 seat for 1 year.


As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription.
I have not used the paid features after the payment.

Could you please review my case and process a refund?

I understand that the subscription was renewed automatically and unintentionally, and that you'd like to cancel and request a refund. I completely understand how unexpected charges can be stressful!
