I'm being charged twice for a single seat

Hi there, I’ve just noticed that I have two plans running simultaneously for one account. Being charged annual as well as monthly. Could someone help me resolve this issue? Thanks!

Hey ​@TomasJ! Thank you for posting and including the screenshot.

 

I can see why you might find this confusing. How many seats are you paying for, and are they annual or monthly? From what I see here, I’d guess that you’re paying for one full seat annually, and then at some point added another full seat to your team that is on a monthly payment schedule. To confirm this, you can do the following:

  1.  From the file browser, click the Admin link in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the People tab.
  3. Review the Billing Cycle column and see if a user is assigned a monthly or annual seat.

 

If you want to simplify your billing so it’s a single annual payment, go back to the Admin page from the file browser and do the following:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. In the Plan section, select Add an annual plan.
  3. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the number of seats you want to add.
  4. Click the Accept terms and upgrade button to complete the process.
