Hi everyone,
I am starting this thread to see if anyone else has faced regional restriction issues with Figma's user research rewards, and to hopefully get some guidance from the Figma Community or Research Ops teams.
The Issue:
- I recently completed a product feedback interview via an in-app popup during a Figma tutorial.
- I was issued a reward link via Rybbon (BHN Rewards)
- Because my location is in Pakistan, the platform restrictions only permit me to donate the balance rather than claim the incentive money directly.
Current Status:
- I have left the reward link completely unclaimed and untouched.
- The Research Operations team can verify its status as "Unclaimed" via the corporate BHN Rewards dashboard.
- I emailed
research@figma.comandresearch-surveys@figma.comyesterday with my account details and the reward link.
What I am requesting:
Could the User Research/Ops team please look into this, cancel the restricted Rybbon link, and reissue the incentive through an alternative method supported in Pakistan (such as Upwork, Payoneer, or an international transfer)
If any other community members from regions with limited digital reward support have successfully resolved this, I would love to know how you handled it!!
