Request to Change Organization Name

Hi, I am trying to contact support via the official form but keep getting stuck in an automated loop. I need an agent to help change our Organization name manually. Currently, it shows our billing entity "世紀帝國資訊有限公司", but our actual organization name needs to be "國家資通安全研究院" (National Institute of Cyber Security). The admin email is (redacted by the moderator due to PII). Could a moderator please help escalate this and create a support ticket for me? Thank you!
