cancelled plan but still charged
I cancel my plan before the next payment date, and is a free plan, but it still charged, and I’m also free plan now.
I’d like for the charge to be refunded

In the meantime, this resource may help explain the charge. If any seats were added before your plan downgraded, those would be prorated and reflected on your last invoice: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
