SheerID verification failed / Request for manual Education account approval

Dear Figma Support Team,

I am an active student at the University of Rzeszów (Uniwersytet Rzeszowski) in Poland and I am trying to get a Figma for Education plan.

Unfortunately, the third-party SheerID automated verification system repeatedly rejected my valid student ID and eventually locked my verification attempts. When I contacted SheerID support, they stated they cannot offer manual assistance and closed my case.

Since the automated system is failing to recognize Polish documents, could you please help me verify my student status manually? I have all the necessary official documents (student ID, official certificate of enrollment from the university) ready to provide.
