Request to Add VAT / Tax ID to Issued Invoice

Dear Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

Our company has recently completed a payment for our Figma subscription using a credit card. The invoice and receipt have already been issued.

However, we noticed that our company VAT / Tax ID was not included on the invoice. We have now updated our account settings and added the VAT information.

Would it be possible for your team to help update or reissue the invoice and receipt with the VAT / Tax ID included? This is required for our company’s accounting and reimbursement process.

Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

Hi Support Team,

We are a customer from Indonesia. and to comply with Indonesian tax regulations and apply the appropriate Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) treaty rate to our subscription payments, we kindly request your finance or tax team to provide two documents:
1. A completed and signed Form DGT (i will sent to Figma Finance or Tax team).
2. A valid Certificate of Residence (COR) / Tax Residency Certificate issued by your country's tax authority for the current tax year.
