Hello Figma team, I would like to apply for a refund.

I started learning fgma a month ago, but only used it for a few days and then cancelled the subscription. I haven't used it since. Today, it suddenly deducted the fee and started the subscription again. Maybe I forgot to cancel it. However, since I haven't been using it recently, I have applied for a refund of the subscription fee. I will consider renewing the subscription if I need to use it again in the future. As the payment was just made recently, I quickly wrote this application. I hope the official will approve my refund request. Thank you.

I can't look into billing specifics from Figma Forum, but I've submitted a case with our Product Support team on your behalf. Your case number is: 1961491 — you'll hear from them at the email tied to your Figma account.

Since it sounds like the original cancellation may not have fully taken effect, I'd suggest confirming your plan status to avoid any additional charges while the refund request is under review: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
