Dia asked me to reach out when I was ready to add my banner to my WP site, and I am. ☺️

    Hey! No need to do anything with the case number, it's just for your reference. Simply reply to the last email you received from Dia and your case will reopen automatically. He’ll be able to pick right back up from there! 😊
