Looking for Dia!

Dia asked me to reach out when I was ready to add my banner to my WP site, and I am. ☺️

Hey! No need to do anything with the case number, it's just for your reference. Simply reply to the last email you received from Dia and your case will reopen automatically. He’ll be able to pick right back up from there! 😊

Hey @FredB2 , Celine from the Community Support team here! Thanks for reaching out in the Forum!

I can see you already have a case with Dia regarding this (from May via you email address fbxxx2@gxxxl.xxm). The easiest way to reconnect is to simply reply to that email thread and it will reopen automatically. Your case number is #1882213 for reference. Dia will be happy to pick up right where you left off! 😊

Thank you! How do I find her reply, and where do I put the case #?
