I am unable to log into my company's Figma account after my long leave. It asked for an authentication code or sent an SMS for two-factor authentication. However, I am unable to receive an authentication SMS on my phone.Since my work account got blocked, can not login post my topic, I used my personal account to add a comment to the ticket.I already opened a support ticket (#1815278 with my working account) on your official support website long time. But I haven’t received any response yet in my work inbox. Could you please help check on this and escalate this issue with our support team to get this fixed for on priority?

I have a button component from ShadCN, using the shadcn design library.I have a drawer. I want the button to change from hide to show as the drawer opens and closes. I’ve built a dead simple component with an open and closed state. Yet somehow, the only way to change the button text is to force it using variables… and since the icon is a nested symbol, it seems that it isn’t possible to change it. This is not how it used to work, and I'm incensed that this simple operation isn’t possible anymore. Just so maddening.
Hey, I've been building a Figma plugin and I'm noticing white lines appearing at the bottom corners of the plugin container. I’m trying to remove it and having no luck. I’m wondering if this is an issue from Figma side. What's happening: When the plugin displays in the modal, there's a white artifact visible at the bottom-left and bottom-right rounded corners. My plugin dimensions are 360px × 480px. The actual functionality works great but the UI display has this white showing through. What I think is going on: Looking at the iframe code, I see the outer wrapper has background-color: #ffffff which seems to be bleeding through when Figma renders the rounded corners of the container. It's like the white background of the iframe is peeking through the corner radius. Weird thing though:

I had enrolled in the education tier pro version of Figma and been actively creating a personal project via an interactive map through leaflet plugin and suddenly at random have received "Account Limit Exceeded" plastered over the entire map? “Account Limit Exceeded” issue for Leaflet Maps when it hasn’t been used at all this month. I have not even built anything this month, nor have I used any AI credits on Figma or Leaflet plugin for the month of March, so this seems odd since I have been very careful and have rationed my usage of credit allowance. There have been barely any visits to the created interactive map as it is a closed shared project between 2 people so there’s literally no chance for API calls on my behalf to keep the site active. Based on my research, it is apparently a SheerID verification lock based on Figma forums, reddit and stack overflow responses but I got a response from SheerID stating there is no issue from thei

When a Team Library variable collection is updated and republished, the Plugin API still returns stale variable descriptors in files where that library is enabled/imported.Specifically:figma.teamLibrary.getAvailableLibraryVariableCollectionsAsync() returns the expected collection figma.teamLibrary.getVariablesInLibraryCollectionAsync(collection.key) returns outdated variable names/keys the Figma Variables UI in the same file shows the new/current variables correctlyThis makes Plugin API data inconsistent with the actual library state visible in Figma UI.
Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with paragraph spacing in Figma. When I adjust the paragraph spacing settings in the text properties panel, there is no visible change in the spacing between paragraphs.Here are a few details about the issue:I am working with multi-line text blocks (not separate text layers). Letter Spacing adjustments work as expected, but paragraph spacing does not seem to have any effect. I have checked that the text is not constrained by auto layout or other overrides that might interfere.Could you please help me understand why paragraph spacing is not working in this case? Hi, I have updated and verified my profile into Educational plan. However, I still don’t have the interface with Professional features. It’s the case both in the desktop app and in the browser. I mainly want to create local variables and even though no layer is selected and I’m in the edit mode in the design file, it still doesn’t appear in the right panel. How can I fix that (I also just updated the app). I am also inserting the printscreens from my account for showcase.
i was subscribed in 5$ plan then i caancelled it and i went back to free ,that was 1 or 2 weeks ago .today 28-mar-2026 , figma took 17$ from my card , iam not subscribed and i never subsscribed to a 17$ subscription .i want a full refund of the 17$ and i want figma to delete my payment info and my card from there data , this is not acceptable at all .
i was working on a project for 5 hours, then i accidentaly closed a project in figma and it just dissapeared. I have already checked another accs, recent, trash, teams (i was working on it in private project, not a team). I cant find it anywhere, i didn`t send a link and i didn`t share it anywhere
When I create a button component and I try to add interactions such as scroll to or an external link its mysterously not working in one site but it works in other site or it works for awhile but stops working.
Struggling a bit with what I had hoped was easy. First time building in Figma sites.I have a button with typical states (default, hover, clicked, etc.) that I want to function as an anchor link to some information lower on the page. However, it seems that it is associating the ‘Scroll To’ functionality with the state instead of the overall component. I see the hover state and then nothing happens in the clicked state. It does work when I use “Scroll To” with another component that doesn’t have hover or clicked states. It also works fine with just a ordinary object.I have tried with both the Interactions (because you can animate the transition) and the Link method. Linking to another page from this button does not work either. Feels like bug, right?
Hi everyone! I'm developing a Figma plugin that sends selected element data to OpenRouter API and receives HTML/CSS code.The issue: The request from the plugin never reaches the API. In the plugin console (Plugins → Development → Open Console), I see no logs from code.js at all, even though ui.html sends the message (I see a "button clicked" log).What I've done: code.ts compiles to code.js manifest.json includes networkAccess.allowedDomains: ["https://openrouter.ai"] API key is valid (tested separately in the browser) Use developer VM is enabled What could be wrong? Why isn't Figma loading code.js or executing the fetch call? Are there any additional settings required for external API access?Thank you! Screenshots
unable to use my rulers properly. horizontal guides not sitting well.
We are building maps for a wayfinding application. The colors, type, etc are set up as variables, including the line weight of walls. What we’ve found is that while hiding/showing various layers in design mode, the connection to the variable for the line weight breaks - which defeats the purpose of the variable all together. Not earth shattering, but definitely not helpful.
