I m not seeing prototype option in figma design file.

Since you're on an Enterprise plan, there's a distinction worth checking first: your seat type (View, Collab, Dev, or Full) and your file permission (can view or can edit) are two separate things. Even if someone's given you edit access to this specific file, you'll still only see the Comment and Properties tabs, not Design and Prototype, until your seat is upgraded to a Full seat. That upgrade has to be approved by an org admin.

To help confirm this is what's happening: do you know what seat type you currently have (you can check this under your profile, or ask your org admin)? If you're on a View, Collab, or Dev seat, that would explain what you're seeing, and you'd want to request a Full seat, either through your admin directly or by clicking Start editing on the file, which sends the request automatically.
