Unable to cancel my subscription and switch back to the $5 plan

Hello,

Last month, I subscribed to the $5 plan. I did not choose the $20 Collaborative plan, but my subscription was changed to it automatically.

I tried to cancel my subscription, but I couldn't because it says that members of a billed team cannot cancel their own plan.

I never intended to join a billed team, and I would like to switch back to the $5 plan. If I was charged $20 by mistake, I would also appreciate a refund.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
