Unsolvable Error in Make

I finished 3 duplicate prototypes last week - when returned to them now they all have an error that can’’t be fixed.

TypeError: Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: https://app-kk2ido7szj2rn7uwtfzqdr6rlcmslo67b347douh354wkhzgy52v.makeproxy-c.figma.site/src/app/App.tsx?t=1784624535068

I’ve tried restarting, using the “Fix for me” button and reverting to an earlier working version - this just seems to merge the old working version with the new error and I can’t get past it at all.

Please can you help?

Hi @Brent Barker 👋 Sorry for the disruption.

To get this in front of the right team quickly, could you share:

  • A short screen recording of opening one affected file, the error appearing, and what happens when you use "Fix for me" — the full sequence tells us a lot more than the error text alone.
  • Your full browser console log at the moment the error appears (not just the TypeError line) — there's usually a preceding network error that points to the root cause You can DM me these if privacy is a concern)

Two quick questions:

  • Are you in the desktop app or a browser? Does it reproduce in a different browser, or on a different network (e.g. a phone hotspot)?
  • Did anything change around when this started — a new VPN, browser extension, or corporate network?

One thing worth checking on the revert behavior: if restoring an older version brings back the error, that may be a separate issue.  Thanks! — Jaycee

Hi Jaycee, to answer the quick questions:

  • Have experienced the same errors in desktop and app, and have tried different networks
  • Nothing has changed in my home or work networks, no browser extensions or VPNs

There are some concerns around privacy so I’ll DM the rest now.

Thanks

Brent
