Hello figma team
I am unable to log in to my Figma account associated with [email redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]. Whenever I try to log in, I am redirected to a 404 page showing figma.com/blocked.html.
I would like to know whether this issue is related to a payment or subscription problem, or if there is another reason why my account has been blocked from accessing Figma.
I urgently need access to this account because there are important files in my Figma account that I need to access and back up.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and restore access to my account? I would greatly appreciate your assistance, as I need to secure and back up my files as soon as possible.
