Hi,I’m experiencing a major issue since updating to version 126.3.12.Whenever I use the color picker, Figma completely freezes:UI becomes unresponsive I can’t click anything anymore I have to force quit the appThis happens consistently, making it almost impossible to work efficiently.What I tried:Restarting Figma Restarting my computer Testing on different filesNo improvement so far.Is anyone else experiencing this?Thanks 🙏

 I accidentally added a Full seat to my account, but I have not used any of it’s features and have cancelled the subscription. I’d like for the invoice next month to be retracted. When I am trying to use scope for my numeric values, I don’t get the option for padding. If I use width/height or gap, it doesn’t show up when I am trying to set a padding’s value.  

Hi, The bulk upload is not letting me connect the image field, that is showing [object Object], instead of image thumbnails from the excel file.  

Seems like if I have structureLayer 1 Sub-layer 1 And I want to duplicate Sub-layer 1 so that the structure would be Layer 1 Sub-layer 1 (Copy of) Sub-layer 1 Then, when I select Layer 1 and paste inside it OR simply select Sub-layer 1 from the list and do cmd+c/v, the copy-pasting doesn’t work as expected.What actually happens isLayer 1 Item 1 Item 1 Correct pasting happens if the layers are autonamed, e.g. as Frame 1234, but if I have custom named the layer, then pasting does not work Using latest Figma version

Hello,I’ve recently run into an unfortunate situation - I was away from my computer for around a week and was logged out of both of my Figma accounts, with my main account being tethered to my high school Google Account. Unfortunately, the school has recently put a system in place locking us out of apps they don’t have on a whitelist. This means that, even though I've had the account since 2022, I can no longer log back in.I do have an alternate account that I use already, and I was wondering if it’s possible to have all of my files transferred over to it? If so, that would be a huge help, as many branding and UI assets I’ve developed over the years would be lost otherwise.For anyone willing to help, thank you in advance.

I successfully added a library to Figjam and was able to create a sticker out of my component but check I click on the variants icon I’m seeing blank boxes rather than previewing my various variants. I tried refreshing the cache on my desktop but no luck.

Hi, guy, Thank you for the supporting this figma app, I love it so much, but I got accidentally paying within next month. I just wanted to make an app so I paid $5 in advance, and then I suddenly saw the invoice for the next month, they said I must pay $20 next pay period. but I don’t want and need it. How do I fix this problem? Thank you for your kind review in advance. 

I needs a Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) from Figma in order to process payment in USD for a plan seat purchase, as required for TDS (Income Tax) purposes in India. The user is unable to pay in INR and needs the TRC to comply with Indian tax regulations.

My plugin is still under review. It’s been more than 5days. Usually it gets approved in few business days. Can anyone from figma can support me?

I’ve had this recurring issue for a long period of time across many versions of Figma. I initially put it down to typing errors, but I ended up with the errors so often that I started paying careful attention.When I input a value for a variant property, the final letter periodically drops off, creating naming errors. 

We have a good amount of users, but I am looking to only turn on PAYG access to select users once they are approaching limit or hit limit. This allows a workflow to learn the justification before giving that user access. Right now it looks like I have to individually turn everyone off, not to mention that a newly added user has it on by default (should be off by default). Am I missing something?

I wanted to ask if it’s possible to create a QR code scanner inside Figma. Otherwise I wanted to ask what are some valid alternatives. What I wanted to do is to integrate a figma app design that I created with a QR code reader while staying in the app. Thanks

After updated figma as 125.9.10, cropping image one side by holding control key (the most powerful function!) doesn’t work any more. Holding ctrl key now acts as squeezing image. and double click to move and adjust cropped image also doesn’t work anymore. what happened to figma??  or is there something that I missed? I changed image type from fit to crop already.  

Getting the “Publishing failed: Please reload the page to publish” error when I try to publish.I’ve gone through the older treads but haven’t found a solutions beside Figma sent out a fix. I’ve tried everything I can think of including the obvious solutions like reloading tab and restarting computer.I’ve tried deleting all new components and even restored earlier versions, from the version history panel, that were previously published. Yet still no luck. My other libraries will publish, but my main library will not. 🙄

So here is what I am trying to do. I have mailer in which there is no change in the content but there is an image with a QR code. Now I have to add 10 different QR codes.For that I am following below steps:Generate QR codes as PNG Add those PNG in an excel file, ensuring each image is paste in a cell (as per the guidelines) On Figma Buzz, in the bulk create I uploaded the file After uploading, it shows the column but content is been shown as text (Refer screenshot) When I select an image the data field remains disabled, but when I select a text layer it gets enabled and when I create assets it just adds text ObjectI have tried the same with google sheets but facing the same issue.

HiI have a button that contains icons and a text layer. I need the text layer to have a max width of 160px as it needs to truncate very long button texts. However, we also need a version, where the text isn’t truncated when above 160 px width for some other designs.My question is, if there is a way to override the max width value in a component instance or if I need to create a boolean text layers with no limit to width, that can then be toggled on/off depending on desired behavior.I guess it can also somehow be achieved using slot components, but I would prefer to just be able to override the max width from the main component on my component instance to avoid complexity.Any ideas? Thanks.

I have joined an organization as a guest and have been assigned a Dev Mode seat. However, when generating a Personal Access Token (PAT), the 'Code Connect' scope is not available under the Scopes section.
