Hello, our students on our BA programme have been trying to verify their accounts using the option with no email from the college provided (Vakalo Art & Design) and have unfortunately had no luck. Our college does NOT offer students with @vakalo.gr emails as the college professional emails are on Gmail business.There is no option to provide their official student IDs (those are provided), and at this point, they are locked out of their existing accounts, with all their portfolio work out of reach. We are currently at a stall in our academic year because more than 4 modules use Figma as their main tool, which is causing anxiety and frustration among our students.SheerID is really ignoring emails and tickets and have not been helpful. Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with Figma Web related to the font installer. I’ve tried reinstalling it several times, and although I get a “success” message, the fonts still don’t show up in Figma.My MacBook was recently updated to macOS Tahoe 26.1, and this issue started right after the update. The fonts work normally in the desktop app, but I really don’t like using the desktop version — I prefer Figma Web, which is essential for my workflow.I’d like to request assistance to fix this issue or understand how to restore normal functionality with the installed fonts on Figma Web.Thank you in advance!

When ever I submit or stop an on going prompt the following things happen- Navigates to homepage- Refreshes the homepage and starts like a fresh start, fetching details from database and rendering for each prompt- Thought this as a code issue and tried fixing it, but is didn't succeed fully.- AI provided solutions like collecting pages of the current session and once I enter the prompt it stayed in that page. It stores current page and assigns that page after prompt submit. But it went to the top of the page and refreshes the page. Solutions tried:- Made a copy of the project- Used different browser- Tried in a different project- Restarted the browser and the device too. Nothing worked.

Why can Figma Make only create "Single Page Applications" (SPA)?

I created my website with Figma Make, I published it, and for SEO, Google cannot access the sitemap and robots.txt. I cannot upload the folder to the root of my domain because it is already connected to Figma Make via DNS.

Hi,I’m trying to upgrade to the Professional plan, but I’m unable to complete the payment due to a currency restriction. When entering my card details I receive the following message:"Your payment method's address is in a country that can't pay in EUR. Please use a different payment method."I’m in Hungary, and I entered both my billing information and card details correctly. I also tried using an EUR card, but the same error appears. Normally payment processors convert currency automatically, so I’m unsure why the system prevents the purchase.Could you please help me to resolve this issue asap?

I attempted the verification process several times, but encountered some issues that prevented successful verification. Hi,I checked my student status more than two weeks ago, but the messages are still showing, and today I can no longer edit on Figma.When I try to submit a new request using my CVEC number, the platform doesn’t accept it because I’ve already submitted one.I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible because I have several school projects pending.

The animations & interactions in figma are lagging & changing (misplacement of graphic elements) while previewing the prototype. There is lag in the shadow in animation prototype.There is change in the component design after taking the instance. 

I published new plugin: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1572223324912824909/figma-mcp-serverInitially, it was marked as “This page is private for now. Only you can see it while your plugin is in review.”. Then, after some time text was changed to “Your resource is unpublished. Only you can see this page. To republish this resource, publish a new version using a plugin with the same id.”I didn’t get any emails from Figma. I am not sure what had happened.I submitted plugin one more time today. What could happen? What could be the problem?

Hi, i urgently need to restore the Figma account I accidently deleted. I thought i was deleting a merged account, but turns out I deleted my paid account + the merged one. I need help to restore it. 

Hey ​@Celine_ ​@ksn I have been observing that Figma Make is being buggy since today. Everything is glitching, taking alot of time to refresh or load. Even on the sites that are published, the sites are taking time to load, the interfaces glitches when I am shifting my app tabs. Sometimes it just gets stuck for a few seconds.Even in the apps where the supabase is connected, the data seems to glitch before loading and takes time to appear.

When I click dropdown menu on a file the menu options load so slowly that I am constantly clicking the wrong thing.

I am using an Enterprise account with the Figma desktop app on a MacBook Pro (2023). The computer is also up to date and was restarted this morning. The internet connection and VPN are stable and strong.In this screenshot of my workspace, when I hover over the Auto Layout Gap value it is labeled as Horizontal gap even though it is a vertical gap in the visual design and the icon in the Gap field is a vertical gap icon.How do I fix this?This component is simply squares in a grid. Hello,I am a teacher at a local art and design school in Barcelona, and I have been using Figma in my classes since 2016. In previous years, my students were able to verify their student status without any issues. However, this year they are unable to complete the verification process.Our students use separate institutional email accounts (G Suite) that are different from our main school domain. I can’t verify my account for education plan via college fees receipt as my college don’t provide education email id , even sheer id don’t help me    [attachment redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]

I am a university student with the Educational Plan but unable to locate any kind of AI feature like ‘Edit Image’ or ‘Create Image’ using Nano Banana. While doing some research, I asked the Figma bot about this and it said that this is only available to paid users and not students. But as per the Figma article, uni students get the professional plan and this plan should support AI features, so why is this not available to me?
