I am a member (and admin) of an organization (Org A) with Figma Pro accounts.One of our clients (Org B) has shared a Connected Project with us. I wanted to move some Figma files that have been in our own Org A projects, into the Connected Project owned by Org B. However, when I go to Move a file, I don’t see the connected project, nor does the Org B. show up when I look at the list of teams under the “All” tab on the Move file dialog. How can I move files to a connected project of which I am not the host? Thanks.

I feel that I’ve been opening issues about Figma more and more; please fix this!This morning when I opened Figma, most of my Local Variables were gone—and no, they were not deleted.I’m working on a full Tokens migration, and the branch I was working on had all collections gone. I went to check another file, and the variables were also gone. Some others still have it, and I can still roll back in the versioning to recover them, but this is a nightmare.This can break most of our files, as we use variables for many things in different files (modes, tokens, localization, etc).Can you please check if there’s any issue in the most recent update, as this is A BIG DEAL! 

Hi team Figma, I tried to change my payment settings from credit card to SEPA-debit. I’m working from the Neterhlands and have a professional seat. I had no option for the SEPA-debit, so I tried other browsers. That didn’t work out very well… because every time I try to change my payement settings I see this: There was an issue with loading our payment form. Please refresh and try again. I removed history in my browsers already, removed my password from the Apple Key, etc. I asked help on your chatbot. Restarted my computer several times… nothing is working, the same error appears every time. Please help me out! Thanks a lot.

As said in the title, there appears to be a white space at the top of the website when I have no resources that may have caused this. The frame ends where the hero picture ends and all of my components are spaced intelligently to avoid this. 

I had increased the number of seats to calculate total cost, but accidently increased the number of seats and now being billed for it. how do i reduce it? my company won't allow me the budget for increased seats and thus we are not able to go ahead with the payment

This seems to be a long standing byg in figma prototypes. When we change the color of text, the prototype doesn’t reflect the text color. I have to do a force refresh.

Hello.Lately, I've been having a recurring issue where fonts aren't displayed at the correct weight. (I've defined fixed styles and use them globally throughout the document. These styles use variables as values: fontsize, font height, bold/regular, etc.) However, as soon as I click inside the component, the font switches to the correct style. Occasionally, I also experience this with the display of icons and buttons (I have also created these as components).Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a severe issue with text input in Figma.Symptoms: I cannot type in new text layers (T → click does nothing) I cannot edit existing text (double-click doesn’t activate the cursor) I cannot select text inside a layer The tool sometimes switches automatically when I try to type The issue happens across all files, even brand-new ones The issue happens in both my accounts Keyboard works perfectly in all other applications on my Mac What I already tested: Updated browsers and Desktop app Reset Figma (Help → Troubleshooting → Reset Figma and Restart) Cleared all caches Disabled all extensions Restarted macOS Switched keyboard layouts No font warnings in any file This means:It’s not a file issue, not an account issue, not a browser issue.It seems like a deeper bug in the Figma client on macOS.Could someone from the Figma team take a look or tell me how to collect logs for debugging?Thank you in advance.Kristina

Due to a billing issue, my Figma team is currently locked. While waiting for the issue to be resolved, I still need to continue working on my files.I’m planning to move my file to Drafts temporarily so I can keep working on it. I would like to confirm:When I move the file back from Drafts to a Project later, will it retain the component links to my design system file? I have another question regarding a recent invoice for my team's subscription. yesterday I changed to professional and paid 2 Dev Mode seats. After few hours I added 1 dev mode seat and upgraded today 2 of those seats to Full Seats as those users required edit access. Following this change, I noticed that the Projected Subtotal is now $95, and there is a $40 charge under Billing Adjustments. I would like to know What exactly the $40 Billing Adjustment represents (whether it is a prorated credit for the downgraded Dev Mode seats or an additional charge). and i want to know if it is possible to get refund for 2 dev mode invoice and pay 2 full seats & 1 dev seat instead.

Hi everyone, we have a dedicated icon library for our design system, but Figma Make is currently unable to fetch icons from it. Because of this, the screens generated by Make don’t always use our DS icons correctly.Has anyone found a reliable workaround or solution for this?

We have these two variations to support hover interactions. When the text is changed while using this component upon changing to the hover variant the underline text styling is not getting applied. Also, Figma stopped supporting changing the text styling on the linked text labels. This has become very painful for us in alot of our components text properties were linked to keep it the same across various variants but their styling were changing which now can’t happen.Is this a bug..? 

When I am using figma or figjam and typing in Japanese, the first character in text field always takes “two backspaces” to delete one character. This does not happen when I have already pressed enter to 確定, but it happens when I am not.

Hello!I have been using Figma in the browser for more than a year on this PC and this has never happened before. When I try to move or resize a selected element, the mouse jumps diagonally about 5 mm away, so I can't move anything anymore. It happened after 20 minutes of working on this file without any problem, but now the bug affects every component.(I recorded a screen capture to better understand this weird interaction.)(I may have made an error and accidentally activated an option without knowing it?)

Based on my testing, when slots are nested 3 or more levels deep and the innermost instance has a modified parameter (e.g., the innermost button has its text parameter changed to a non-default value), the get_design_context tool from Figma MCP (remote MCP) will consistently hang indefinitely and never return data. Nesting of 2 levels or fewer works fine.Additionally, if the button retains its default parameter values, no hang occurs regardless of how many nesting levels are used.Tested layer hierarchy: Layer 1 instance slot → Layer 2 instance slot → Layer 3 instance slot → Button with text parameter (changed to a non-default value)

Hello, I was charged $30.51 for my Figma subscription renewal, but I wasn’t aware that auto-renewal was enabled. I am reporting a bug regarding my Make AI token balance. My tokens are being consumed and drained in the background, even though I have not made any active prompts or requests to the AI.It appears there might be a background looping error, or failed invisible attempts that are still charging my account without producing any output or UI updates.Could you please investigate this bug and refund the tokens that were erroneously deducted from my account?
