Unable to verify student status for 2 months

Hi everyone,
I’m having a persistent issue with verifying my Figma student account and I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or can point me in the right direction.

After two verification limit resets by Figma Support and three emails to SheerID, I’m still unable to complete the verification process. I reach the very last step where SheerID sends a verification link to my email, but when I click the link, I only get an error page.

To help the verification process, I’ve already sent SheerID:

  • My student ID
  • My class schedule
  • Emails sent from my official university account (ending with “.edu”)

Despite this, SheerID keeps sending generic, automated responses with no explanation of why my verification fails or what I should do differently.

Has anyone faced something similar? Is there any workaround or a more effective way to get help from SheerID? At this point I’m stuck in a loop and can’t access the student benefits at all. Figma support says they cannot verify my student status and can only reset verification limit and SheerID support sends automatic responses with no details.
