Description of the infringement: This user plagiarized my original Figma design (including layout, components, and visual style) and uploaded it to the Figma community for public sale, while removing my name and branding.
Proof of ownership: 1.My work contains the word "Janice," which aligns with my Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) username; 2. My work was posted earlier than its upload date on Figma; 3. the first user's review of my product also predates its posting date on Figma.
I am the original creator and copyright holder of this design.
I did not authorize any resale, redistribution, or modification of my work.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Figma’s Terms of Service, I request the immediate removal of the infringing content and any related files from the Figma Community.
