Can't find this "use alternate zoom handling" in figma destkop version.

I can't find this "use alternate zoom handling" in figma destkop version. This function makes the mouse scroll (zoom) non-linear which I don’t find comfortable. But some how it’s turned on in desktop version and there is no way to turn it off in desktop version. Please help!
