With the official roll out and credit limits, is the limit per seat or total for the plan? 

I am facing an issue while using Figma Make.Whenever I enter a prompt, it keeps showing “Thinking…” for a long time. On the left panel, it indicates that the design has been successfully created (for example: “Design ICTORA SaaS Application – Version 1”).However, the actual design does not appear on the canvas at all.Issue details:Prompt shows “Done” after submission Left panel shows the design is generated But nothing is visible on the canvas (blank screen)I have already tried:Clicking on the generated design from the left panel Refreshing the page Trying different prompts Checking zoom and layersBut the issue still persists.This is affecting my workflow as I cannot view or use the generated designs.Could you please check if this is a bug or suggest a solution?

Hello. There is a loading icon that is appearing and won’t go away/I am unable to view the result. I’ve tried all the steps but nothing has seemed to work. Steps i’ve tried:Duplicating the file Refresh Opening in a browser window (instead of the app) Restarted the app and laptop too Also, my websockets also work. Tried opening through my personal laptop (Windows) and still got the same issue. (I use Mac for work purposes but get the same issue) I checked all queries regarding this and tried all methods. Nothing is working. Prompting that I’m only seeing a loading window and providing it with a screenshotI’ve also confirmed that no errors are showing.  

I use a SLOT to change the number of Action List Items in the Action Menu; the width of the Action List Items relies on its parent, the Action Menu. But whenever I open Figma, the SLOT does not keep my current width/height settings. I thought it was a function of the SLOT, but no; when I click on that Action Menu, it updates its size but still does not use my correct settings. 

I submitted a plugin for review over 30 days ago and it's still showing as "under review." I wanted to check in to see if it’s normal, or if there's anything needed from my end to move the process forward.Any insights would help! Thanks.

There was a moment of utter shock when I saw all the frames disappeared. I opened version history  to access older frames and luckly was able to retrieve them. This has happened multiple times as of now.

How can I enable the new Variables UI where the button is in the left toolbar and the Variables page opens in full screen? My other account already uses the new UI across all pages, but this account still has the old UI where Variables open in a small modal.  

I can no longer share Figma Make projects. Until yesterday everything was fine, but today none of the projects I share open; it always shows a "live update failure" error. I cant find the option to autorestart the project we just created on Figma Slides. So our presentation has 50 slides, once it reaches slide #50 it should go to slide #1.Can you help me out here? its weird I cant see it. Thank you 

I’m experiencing a persistent rendering issue while using Figma that is affecting both the canvas view and exported files.Issue description:Across all Figma files, I’m seeing a pixelated/glitch-like artifact (appears as small square “noise” or serrated patterns) overlaying the interface and design elements. This distortion is not part of the design itself.Where it happens:On the Figma canvas while editing Across different files and projects (not file-specific) During exports (both PNG and PDF), where the artifacts remain visible in the final outputAdditional details:The issue happens consistently, not intermittently It affects all Figma usage (not tied to a specific component or asset) It appears regardless of zoom level I’ve attached a screenshot showing the problem for referenceThis is currently impacting my ability to design and export assets with proper quality.Could you please help investigate what might be causing this and how to resolve it?  

Hi everyone, I'm running into an issue with "Make Design". I’ve been trying to standardize the Header across all my app screens. It seems to work at first, but as soon as I enter a new prompt or refresh the page, it reverts to the previous version.This happened three times already, and it’s consuming a lot of credits while taking a long time to process, only to give me the same result. Has anyone experienced something similar? Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

The page still says that is in review and the review period has passed. Should I just wait? Or is there a protocol for this?thank you!

I can't find a very important file anywhere. It's not in my deleted folders, drafts, or anywhere. How can I fix this?

I was almost finish with everything and wanted to publize the app to domain . All i got was blank page . The credits where used  sutonatic to try solving problem and if thats not enough everything is out  of order . . 

I’m trying to create an interaction to do a simple light/darkmode switch in Figma Sites - but it’s missing the “Set variable mode” interaction. Is there a workaround / is Figma planning to add this in?

Hi, I’m having trouble uploading specific custom font weights to my Figma Site. My site doesn’t need all of these fonts but, once I started having issues uploading certain font weights, I wanted to test how many were unreadable/incompatible. All of the font weights listed are used in my Figma Site but Figma says it “doesn’t match any font in use” when I go to upload the corresponding woff2 file.

I am trying to assign a text property I created at the component level to a text layer. I cannot see the dropdown to assign Variable vs Property when I click on the ‘Apply Variable/Property’ button next to the ‘Content’ in the tight side panel. Text property created at the component levelCannot find a way to switch between assigning variable vs property

Today I had a presentation of our new Figma Make template with guidelines for our team at work. What a surprise that all the Template functionality disappeared! Does anyone have the same problem? Now I can only publish our private template to the community.

The Breakpoint screens are not linked anymore and I cannot do anything to fix this! I just paid for the professional account, and now I encountered this problem. Any solution to this, anyone? 

Why did you remove the feature to preview versions in the past? As I can see in this screenshot there is only one “Restore” link, I think it will overwrite current version right?That feature was very helpful to copy things from the past, and I can also refer to that design in history, to remember which decision I had made and why I made that decision.Please explain, or bring that feature back.

I can’t resize the window, either by dragging the sides, the corners, or double-clicking on the top bar. Additionally, clicking to move inside the window now moves the window, instead of the component. To move around the frame, I need to use the middle-button on the mouse.There is also a bug where clicking another component on the “Updates” list opens another window. Clicking the “close” button on one window closes all the windows, including the “Manage libraries” window.
