Hello figma I paid for figma professional plans and I was debited but I saw this mail that my payment couldn't be processed and i was debited from my bank account.

The majority of my Figma make files are presenting Something Went Wrong Errors with a request ID. I am unable to make changes to these either via the prompt window.  

Hey there, we’ve experienced some layout issues over the last couple of weeks between our design and dev team. Multiple developers commented, that some designs seem to be broken – however they are displayed correct when our designers enter the figma file with their admin account. I’m not sure how far the discrepancy goes, but what I can say is that it has to do with auto layouts that seem to get stuck in dev mode. If designers update components, the auto layout within the file updates as well. However, sometimes the same component in dev mode looks like it is stuck in a fixed size frame and will be cut at the edges. The only solution that fixes this problem is, that you delete the auto layout and create the same auto layout again. As mentioned, this is pretty annoying as there is no chance for our designers to see the problems that the devs are experiencing. I can create new pages but when I add a new breakpoint (tablet or mobile), the page goes blank and I have to kill the tab and reopen the file. This has been very frustrating.

I built the website using Figma Make. The images display normally while editing and in preview mode. However, once I publish the site, all the images disappear, both in the preview and on the live domain.  Where could I be going wrong?

I cancelled my subscription on May 7, yet I was still told it would only be cancelled on May 13 and I was charged anyway. If I cancelled before the renewal date, there should have been no charge. They stole my money after I had already cancelled my subscription. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Hey!can any one help me understand why I keep getting this error when I go to upload my Frames? The plug in was working fine up until this point. I have gone through troubleshooting - the frame width matches, cleared the cache and the style exist already in my website. but no matter what I keep getting this error message.

I use a Lenovo tablet with Android OS, and I use figma with de chrome app, when i hover onto the workstation of figma my cursor suddenly changes size and i can’t find a way to change it. Had enyone have this problem before? 

Hi! I'm working on a prototype for an e-commerce site, and I've added some information inside dropdowns. However, I'm not sure how to make the screen adjust dynamically when I open or close those dropdowns.Right now, I want the dropdowns to start closed, and only open when the user clicks on them. I have each dropdown set up with Auto Layout, and it works well if I keep the screen frame at a large height — as if all dropdowns were already open. But when I close them while the frame still has that large height, the prototype ends up with extra empty scrolling space.How can I make the screen size adapt automatically when dropdowns are opened or closed? I tried putting the whole screen in Auto Layout, but then scrolling stops working. I'm kind of lost. Let me know if something i wrote its not understandable. Hi everyone,I wanted to reach out on an ongoing billing issue with our Figma Organization plan, as support has so far only clarified the billing structure but not addressed our actual concern.To recap the situation:We briefly upgraded our account to an Organization plan with 1 Full and 1 Dev seat and were correctly charged €73.15 for a short usage period.Shortly after that, we downgraded the account back to View Mode because we did not intend to continue using Full or Dev seats.Despite this downgrade, our account was charged €960 for an annual renewal of the Organization plan (2026–2027), which includes those seats.Support confirmed that this €960 charge is the standard annual renewal for the plan. However, our understanding is that the downgrade to View Mode should have cancelled or prevented any further commitment to Full/Dev seat licensing going forward. We want a refund for the not intended payment of 960€.Thanks in advance for any clarification or help.

Ive been building a prototype journey that has different images e.g. a map, cards with profile photos etc and it picks and and chooses whether it decided to display them or not. iv’e prompted time and time again to say please display, ask why etc - and i cannot get a consistent prototype showing images at all. any ideas??

Hello, the last fee was automatically charged, but I was unaware that it was being billed regularly. Since I haven't used the service at all after the payment, is it possible to get refund? 

We have already purchased and paid the annual Figma subscription fee for 7 users until this time next year in the amount of €468.00.However, it appears that we are being charged again for the same subscription period. I recently logged into my Figma and it shows I’m on the Education plan but I'm not sure what is the expiration date. I read that it lasts for 1 years, but is it possible to know the exact date as I don’t want to suddenly get logged out from my school project while I'm in the midst of it. 

Has any one tried using Claude Cowork with Figma yet, and how did it work for you? Have you had issues with it making changes where it shouldn’t, and any ideas on how to mitigate that? Any experience to share is appreciated - thank you! 

Our account is currently locked, and our payment due date was May 7. We would like to proceed with the payment; however, we currently require only 3 seats and would like to reduce our subscription from 4 seats to 3 seats.We already removed 1 seat from our account; however, the billing section is still showing payment for 4 seats. We are also unable to find the proper seat management or invoice update options in the billing section of our account settings to make these changes from our side.Kindly help us reduce the seat count and share the updated billing/payment details accordingly so we can complete the payment process. 

Hi, I’m trying to import some .fig files and am getting an “Internal error during import” message whenever I try to import them. I tried importing on both the desktop app and the browser version and get the same error each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, our team have a similiar problem as this topic where hundreds and hundreds of item are suddenly modified without clarity about what being changed.But whats worse is, just by today morning, my lead told me that yesterday i published a whole library without his approval. complete with my name on the version history.The thing is I never done it. we suspect that it might caused by some shortcut. but even the alt+3 shortcut is not auto publishing it all, it still brings up the publishing window and for sure i did not touch alt+3 for any use whatsoever, that is because usually i don’t remember the shortcuts and prefer the ctrl slash anyway. and at the time of the log I was not opening Figma in the foreground at all.I feel like I’m going crazy. Espescially because its my name on the line. What may have caused this? 

First am i wrong or what why when i ask figma to make me a car game it turns out to not be good. It’s not all the time and i just saw this so i don’t know its just put this on a sticky note and try it later. Say make me a drift racing game with no cars and no track and make sure there is variety in colors of cars. If this gets popular then pls do not advertise this is a question

I am getting a message that says “Library assets may need to be republished for modename mode to show.” There is also a little icon next to the mode name in all of my files when selecting a palette mode. We use a single design system file that has all of our variables and the other palettes don’t seem to have the same problem. The error message is not very helpful and I have cleaned up all of the files and resolved everything I can find but this message never goes away. Can anyone help me understand what is going on? I have included a couple of images as an example of what I am seeing.
